My squishy had popped and had a lot of air in it which I paid £13 for and it popped the same day I got it and they refused to swap it out because I didn’t have the box with me even though I could’ve showed proof of me buying it

After seven days without receiving any shipping confirmation, I wanted to track my order. To do so, I first had to download a rather sketchy app to my phone. Then I was required to create an account just to access the tracking information. After all that, the app immediately started spamming me with notifications.
I uninstalled the app right away, deleted my account, and canceled my order.
2 Stars because they refundet my money after one day.

Sorry to hear that you felt this way, the NeeDoh Niceberg is known for its dense, firm, gel-like squish, making it significantly harder and more challenging to squeeze than regular NeeDohs, especially when cold; it offers a "solid squish" and is great for those who like a stiff, heavy texture. We have found that the Needoh does become a bit softer when it becomes warm in hands. If you wish more information let us know.

Sorry to hear that you had a problem, as explained the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail, to be fair to Royal Mail they left the parcel in a safe place as per delivery proof that has been provided. At time of order there was no mention of any other safe place too, so parcel was delivered safely and proof of this has been provided too.
