TopReg have been amazing, my second purchase from this company! We had a slight issue with delivery (no fault from topreg but from the delivery service) TopReg have been amazing at dealing with the situation, getting me new plates sent out next day delivery and have kept me in the loop of the situation. The lads on the customer service helpline have been amazing resolving the issue so thank you so much!! I’ve also received my new plates today and I’m in love, can’t wait to put them on my car!

Great experience
Great experience. I bought my son a plate for his 18th got his name & age. We could have got his year of birth (which I thought was better as you don’t stay 18 forever. Unfortunately 😂)
We got it Xmas 🎅 & only just got around to sorting it out.
DVLA made a mistake & I thought it was us or this company . I sent a message last night & recieved a great reply explaining the whole process of getting your private plate on your car.
As stated it was a mistake not of top regs making.
I replied to top regs email & received an even kinder reply than the 1st.
As I always say you never know how good a company is untill you have an issue.
In this case it wasn’t top reg who made the mistake,but before that came to light they were super helpful.
Would definitely buy from again or recommend them. Great job Too Reg well done 👍

Paid £650 nearly 6 weeks later still no…
Paid £650 nearly 6 weeks later still no registration, they actually sent the number plates out prior to receiving any form of paperwork or registration as a ‘kind of’ hold over my purchase. Email after email same excuses, tried to cancel just to be told I’d have lots of fees and admin costs to pay even tho I purchased the number in good faith but yet I’ve got to pay for their mistakes!!!! In a nutshell don’t be flash keep your original number plate and avoid these like a bad dose of the clap
