I really enjoyed to deal with them and I really recommend you guys to trust them.

If must reserve a flight then look no further, cheap, prompt and authentic! I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Assisted with booking and when something went wrong with visa appointment and had to cancel plans they were very prompt in cancelling the reservation and refunding. Will use again.

These guys are reliable and fast. They might cost few bucks more than others, but what matters really in this difference is the value of the service delivered.

What I noticed is that the customer service is very responsive and is objective oriented. It happened that I made a booking at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, that was regularly expired after some weeks have passed. So I contacted the customer service believing that I have to buy a new booking again, but instead they agreed to make me a new booking as an exception due to the difficult conditions.

Appreciate the gesture, and the service. Cheers!

I would like to rate them as Excellent because of two reasons.
First, I got the reservation delivered instantly and secondly I made a mistake in my dates, which they corrected without any additional costs.
Would love to buy from them again.

Fast reliable and very helpful I got it done my
Needs within hour

What makes this thing work is customer support. And my booking process started with a doubt about which airline I was gonna be booked on. Support suggested an airline and i was happy with it. And paid 10$. Got the ticket in 5 mins. But on checking with the airline website, it showed unconfirmed ticket/unpaid. This was a bit disappointing because this wouldn't work.
The support was chatting with me through out and suggested alternatives.
Within the next 15 mins, I had a confirmed ticket with another airlines.
What was most impressive is that support offered a full refund if I was not happy with the ticket.
That definitely builds trust.
I'm sure to refer this to others.

Relentless! In less than 10 minutes I talked to the CHAT support and they have booked me the tickets pronto while I was still paying! I could even agree on a specific flight and time! Thank you guys, will come back for sure! Five stars all the way!

Really impressed with the service! Kim is very helpful and responsive and the costs are also affordable compared to others. I highly recommend it.

The transaction was really fast. It was said to be an hour before I will get the ticket but I got it in just less than 30 minutes! I am so happy with the services. :) I even checked the Airline website to see if it was really legit and I absolutely guarantee that this Agency is 101% legit! Thank you for helping me. Kim , the representative who assisted me, was very efficient! I am so happy!

Hello!
I needed a ticket for the Chinese visa, I was struggling a lot to reserve a ticket, not really good at these things. I had many (i mean a lot, like an annoying amount of questions) for their real live helping staff. This lady named Kim, she was very patient and helpful. I even made a mistake after the payment with the dates (she warned me about it), and she changed it for me. This employe deserves something as a reward, excellent job :)

It's really awesome... concern addressed immediately...fast and efficient response...good going..
