Easy to use and if dates needs changing, response was quick

Looks quite ok… ticket arrives promptly, less cost than others. I didn’t get asked for proof of onward travel at check-in this time, so can’t comment on whether or not it was accepted.
Two things to watch on the site interface:
There is no screen to confirm your details, so be sure you get your information correct (especially your email address) before going to the pay screen
Online help didn’t seem functional when I was using the service, which was during their stated business hours

I booked a ticket, which arrived in 1,5h to my email, which was over their 5-60 minutes (during their office hours). I asked for a refund and got it. So the service was good, just a word of advice, don't book from them in a hurry.

Excellent and Reliable service.
Always available to respond to any queries and provide reassuring feedback to keep you calm. I even had my ticket date changed at no cost…..It was an amazing customer experience I had.

Wanted a double-entry Schengen visa but my second trip is planned far out in the year. So decided to get only an itinerary from toponwardticket.com Flights were verifiable on the airline website. Did not get any questions about the authenticity/validity from the embassy. Quick ticket issue.

Paying attention to request and inquiry of client. Really appreciated.

Thank you.

Quick responses and helpful support.

Great platform to get hotel and ticket bookings for Visa,

Excellent service, they are very understandable and kind.

the response was swift and they agreed to make some changes for me to suit my itinerary. I would always recommend to my friends and family.

Sooooo.. Yes and no.
Yes because the reservation and airplane is 100% real, i checked every of my reservation, so that's a +++

But i mistaked one (or they ?) with a wrong city, so i wanted to contact them, and i never had answer, mail and live chat.

So use it but be careful !

Quick responses and helpful support.

Quick and easy, and the reservation number with name and info was valid when checking at the airline website it was reserved on.

Bad thing is the exactly date we added was not the reserved flight dates, example if you plan to go 15th to 25th, add 10th to 30th instead so you have more days, so it wont be reserved as 17th to 23rd.
Better to have this website trying to reserve 12th to 27th for an example.

Or Toponwardticket should ask before they reserve if the dates is not the same as we add.

Ticket is only valid for 2 weeks, so make the start date from the day before the Visa interview at the embassy. If you make it valid from today but the interview is in 3 weeks, the embassy won't be able to check the reservation.

Received the ticket after paying $10.
Looks little bit simple but hopefully it will work

Seamless Transaction for a very practical travel solution. They're legit and are fast with their turnaround times. We're very happy with the service they provided. Keep up the good work!

Exactly as described. Really happy we tried it and it worked without any problems. :)
