I have reached out to them to return an item. They keep requesting pictures that the item has been unused and unopened. I have sent them pictures 3 times yet they claim they have not received them. This company is a total scam. I have copied my husband who is an attorney. We will see what happens

I bought a knife roller sharpener which they claimed was 50%off costing me £71.00
On arrival it was obvious this was faulty and been used.
I have been sending emails back and forth for a month requesting a refund but they just fob you off with an email saying it’s being processed. Do not buy anything from this company.

I purchased a telescope from here and by the time it arrived I had received one as a gift. once I asked to return it they asked for pictures of the condition it was in. I never opened it once it arrived. they still will not take it back. do not by anything from them!

I purchased a bone conduction sport headset CRANOVIB X10 from TOPDEALSMAX - on September 7, 2025, for €89 via their website.
I live in Slovenia. The package arrived to my home on September 25th, 2025. As soon as I tested the product, I discovered that it was defective and did not work properly.
On the same day, I filed a complaint through their official contact form. I wanted to return the product that did not work properly and get a refund. At first, I received a quick response, and I was asked to provide details, photos and confirm that the product was in its original packaging and undamaged. I provided all requested information immediately.
After that, they told me they needed 1–3 days to review my case. However, more than 8 days have passed, and I have received no further response. I followed up twice via email, but they completely ignored my messages.
This lack of support and failure to resolve the issue makes me believe this website is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from TOPDEALSMAX, as they do not honour their warranty or customer service obligations.

Apparent scam, sadly. I ordered a ventilated vest which was to come with a battery. It arrived without the battery and is therefore useless. For the past six weeks they've been giving me the runaround, first they said they would send the battery, then they said no, it doesn't come with a battery (even though the order clearly indicates that it does), and then they offered a 20% refund and told me to buy my own battery. I have been requesting a return and refund but they have been nonresponsive.

For starters I ordered a set of headphones stated to be for "xbox" was charged £80 and got sent a pair of cheap headphones which you can buy on amazon with free delivery for less than £25... and the kicker they don't work on xbox unless wired in and the wireless doesn't even work on pc either.. the item I was sent is not fit for purpose and I can't even get a replacement to what I actually ordered or even a refund as there policy is total horse manure... I've tried contacting there support team to no avail this company is a total scam stay away....

I ordered 2 cat colar cameras from what I believed was a UK company. That was lie #1. They arrived from China weeks later and are nothing like what I ordered (lie #2) and are certainly not fit for purpose. There's no way to secure the camera to the collar and my cat would have to be a lion cub for the collar to fit properly (description is lie #3)! They are demanding I pay for return postage to China (but suggest I say the value is £5, rather than the £140 I paid, but that is probably a true value for the junk they sent me) (that's lie #4), then they will decide if I get a refund when they receive and check it! I suspect the suggestion of issuing the refund will be lie #5! I'm still fighting the issue, but doubt I'll get anywhere and just have to kiss goodbye to my hard-earned money, going into the hands of thieving scumbags in the capital city of fakes.

I want to return a clothes steamer that I thought was from the UK as it is a UK business…..
Turns out the shipment was from China. It took ages to get here.
It is cheap and nasty. I want to return it unused and in the original packaging. I have emailed the company multiple times to ask about returning it. They completely ignore my emails! Such a scam! Stay away!

Ditto. Received phones yesterday that can be bought for $5 on Temo instead of the Sorupods. Paid over $100NZ.
I have emailed them for my money back and if this doesn’t happen I told them that I will ask PayPal to do that for me.

Bought a $129 item, they sent a $39.99 knockoff version of that item.

SCAM ALERT!
I ordered what I believed were genuine Sorupods (sleep ear pods), but the experience quickly raised red flags. Despite the website giving the impression that the company is based in Canada, my shipment originated from China. What I received is a low-quality, Chinese-made knockoff—definitely not what was advertised. Extremely disappointed and feeling misled.

Bait and switch SCAM program here. BEWARE! Order confirmation shows the product you thought you bought. You get a cheaper less quality version of what you ordered. No response after multiple attempts to resolve.

Scammers. They sell crap stuff and they don't take responsebility. Don't buy from this Chines Scammer comepany.

I ordered Cranovib White I received them after a week. I thought I was ordering from the US. The headphones do not work well. They have a tinny, hollow sound and I couldn’t get them out mp3 mode and their demo music. I wrote 3 emails for a refund and return them. I still have not received a response. UPDATE: 07/30/025: after 6 emails and following their directions with videos and pics, I received no response to their requested pics & videos, including where they are falling apart. If there was a way I would upload pics here. UPDATE 08/06/2025:I have now sent pictures and video of the defective headset and they still have not responded after I sent the pictures and video. If I could give them a minus 5.

Basically I ordered a Velmetrix bike computer from this site and I received a Cycplus bike computer instead I paid A$199 (plus a years extended warranty) where as a Cycplus computer retails for A$ 29- 37 from a number of sites.
I have now addressed this by email 5 times with them and after an initial response requiring photo and order details thay have ghosted me.

We had ordered a pair of Nexe optics smart glasses.
But was sent a pair of Hyundai smart glasses wrong product
They will not do a return.

Appalling. Wish I could give zero stars. Product arrived faulty, customer service told me they would refund me if I sent the item back to them in China, which cost me even more money, and now they've gone quiet. It's been months of me chasing. I'm out of pocket about 150 quid.

I bought a pair of quite expensive Sorupods which stopped functioning after a few weeks. I followed the guidelines and I sent photos and videos to describe the problems but after three or four mails, the correspondence stopped and I never received a final answer about receiving a new pair of Sorupods (EarPods) or getting a total refund.

Trying to return my E writer , but no help whatsoever . Please can you organise this .
