I had a horrible experience with this company. Be extra careful b/c I did not go to their site to order. Somehow I ended up ordering from them. Complete false advertising for a soccer mat that said it had "instructional videos" and even had a photo of it. In the end, I had to write the company to ask for the instructional videos and they were only 22 seconds in Chinese!! The scam is that you try to return and you have to pay for shipping to China. Or you can get 15% back - it's insulting!

1) After placing and order for two Carclineb car vacuums via Topdealsmax, I went to track my order after the 2-4 day window, and my order number did not exist. 2) I contacted the TDM and notified then that I have file a fraud complaint with my CC provider. 3) My order number suddenly reappeared. 4) I requested the order be canceled and I was reassured multiple times that the order was canceled and no product would be shipping. 5) Then I received repeated notices that the product was shipping despite emails to the contrary. 5) The product received was a cheap knock off and not the product purchased. 6) I have sent photos and I am waiting on a further response. 7) They have 100% misrepresented their services from start to finish.

I ordered and paid for a specific brand, but a different brand was sent instead. The brand I received is listed on Amazon for roughly half the price of what I paid. I did not receive what I ordered, and I overpaid significantly for the item I was sent. Very disappointing experience.

Top Deals Max is a fraudulent company. Do not enter into any purchase with them.
In November I ordered a knife sharpener from them.
I was told it could not be delivered to my 'area' and a refund would be given. This is a stalling tactic. When the refund did not appear and after various emails asking for more details I have now been given the cold shoulder and they are ignoring me. Over a month later no refund has been given.

Unfortunately my bank did advise me of this, stupidly I ignored them and made the purchase.

Use this company at your peril.

I wouldn’t even give one star. This site is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered some ‘state of the art’ scales and they are absolutely junk. I paid over £100. Now they refuse to reply to me and I can’t get a refund. I’ve sent countless emails but get no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered a product, was sent a completely different brand of product. Attempted to go through their refund/return process and was given a beginning email that they would review and then have been ignored for 2 weeks. Would recommend to avoid this site.

I wish I’d read the other reviews before I’d placed my order. Buyer beware. They charged 4x the price for the same product that could’ve been purchased elsewhere for cheaper. The product that arrived was just a brand they renamed on their website in order to mark up the price. It came in the packaging of the original brand. 🫩 Not to mention that the box was itself was damaged.

bad customer service they over charge you for the same item on amazon or eBay for 50% less,do not buy plus if you want to return they make you buy your own label they don't provide a return postage label, do not buy from them and they are located in China so the return is a pain in the neck

I did a google search on bone conduction earphones for swimming…found this article on a website giving the “Best 5 swimming headphones of 2025 - by research specialist Noah Bishop” this was in a UK website (bestpulse). His No 1 recommendation was a set by a brand I hadn’t heard of (Finbeati)…who am I to argue with an ‘expert’ though?!

So, there’s a “click to buy” which takes you to Top Deals Max UK - there’s a special deal on…and I’m fooled into thinking it’s a genuine ‘Black Friday Offer’.

The tracking shows it will arrive in approx 14 days…from China!!! This is a huge surprise. I wait patiently…excited…already reading reviews about bone conduction music & swimming.

They arrive. I try them on. They’re very loose…uncomfortable to wear as they bob about…and the music doesn’t sound great…volume at max is not great…even with earplugs in. This is all on dry land in my home.

I email the company and get a reply from Kelly at Customer Star. I provided her with 2 videos and a photo…she gave me a ticket number and assured me someone would be in touch within 1-3 business days.

A week later - they fail to answer my emails. I discover they are a scam!!!

My luck turns as I realise I used PayPal (for so long I hadn’t used PayPal so much as Apple pay has taken over…). ANYWAY - a quick case opened with PayPal and I was refunded!! Scammers losers!!

I purchased a bicycle helmet from a UK website not realising the site automatically took me to Topdealsmax which is based I assume in China although they do seem to have an office in Singapore. The original purchase was as I thought UK based as I needed the helmet within a week. However I stuck with it and it took a little over three weeks to arrive from initial point of purchase. In the meantime I checked trust pilot as I'd never heard of Topdealsmax and there wasn't one review over 1 star. Oops I thought. Anyway the helmet arrived today. Packaging was poor. Bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Should really have been a box. The helmet itself looks genuine. It has an EU conformance sticker which is easily forged I admit but let's hope I never have to find out. The straps are robust and the colour shading looks exactly like the original review complete with red light and magnetic sun visor. So on the whole I'm happy. It's lightweight and weighs the same as the review by the UK cycle website so no complaints. Only three stars due to lead time and packaging.

I purchased a pair of WavxBuds.
When they arrived, there was no instruction manual in the packaging.
I was unable to get them to work.
Contacted them by email to which they asked for photos and videos.
Kelly said they would escalate my case and would try to find me a manual. Also someone would contact me within 12 to 48 hours. No one did and after sending several more emails they just ignored me.
Eventually, they did give me an address to send them back to Hong Kong . However, I would have to pay for postage (which was a ridiculous amount) and there was no guarantee they would refund my initial payment or postage.
Absolute rip off.

I purchased two ice cream makers for the cost of $320. They arrived in the soft cardboard product packaging with no protective box or wrapping, having travelled from China to Canada. The boxes were battered and bashed. The machine started to smell like it was burning after a minute of use and the ice cream it did produce was full of small pieces of black plastic. The company have chosen to ignore my request for a refund. Scam scam scam! I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from these people!!

Important for customers to know that returns must be shipped to China for refund. No canadian return office.

Never ever order from this company. I paid $260.10 for a juicer. It arrived with a battered box and when I unpacked it, it was just a cheap piece of plastic with parts that don’t even fit together! A cheap Chinese version of a juicer and I am so upset that I wasted so much money on this. JiuCiento is the brand.

I recently purchased a pair of AI Translation Earphones from topdealsmax.com's website, not realizing that the item would ship directly from a supplier in China as this is not advertised or noted on their website. Upon receiving the product, I became concerned about using a sensitive electronic device on my head and connected to my phone that listens to my conversations and has not been vetted or certified by a U.S.-based company.

I did not open or unpack the product and promptly requested a return. While the return was authorized, I was informed that I am responsible for the shipping cost back to China. Given the international shipping expense, this is unreasonable and effectively prevents a fair return process.

Additionally, since the product shipped directly from China to my address, it appears that no U.S. import duties were paid. As a U.S. business owner who regularly imports containers from China, I find this practice deeply concerning. My company pays substantial import duties on every item that is imported to the US, as required by law, and it’s frustrating to see Chinese companies bypassing these obligations — creating an unfair competitive environment for compliant American businesses.

I did submit a request with the above information requesting that topdealsmax.com provide a return shipping label, I received no response back. So, the AI Translation Earphones are now in the garbage, what a waste of money.

I placed an order for one set of electric salt and pepper grinders, when I pressed the "submit" (to pay) button, I was charged for SEVEN sets, not one. Immediately contacted customer service, got a quick response, but no resolution.

The item I received was not what I ordered. It was a cheap, unbranded Chinese version
