THESE MUPPETS ARE CHARLATANS My last last review was a bit curt, so here’s the story. Ordered a BBQ, it arrived. It was awful. Bent grill bars unevenly spaced and paint peeling off them!! I think they were meant to be non stick? I could straighten the bars but paint flaking off them was not what I wanted to cook on! E mailed pics ( about 10) and said I don’t want goods not fit for use. They said I got what I paid for. I should have spent more money if I wanted quality! So £140 for a charcoal burning BBQ isnt expensive? And to rub salt in the wound, I’d have to pay £10 to return it. I’m a stubborn person in such matters, but after innumerable emails I was close to the 30 day return limit. I gave up and paid to return it. The emails to me were borderline offensive. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED!!

The best deal I could find. But nothing wrong with the quality known product. How do they do it?

I bought a mains fuel transfer pump, which is excellent. It is a heavy peace of kit which had obviously been dropped in transit resulting in the alloy base plate arriving bent. I have managed to straighten it to some degree, the packaging needs to be improved for such a heavy item. Otherwise excellent product and service.

This is a very sturdy tool, cuts well and ideal for my workshop I have used this tool constantly since I purchased it and after a little time to get used to it am getting the job done much quicker with less fuss so yeah like it👍

Ordered a Clarke Rotary Soil Sieve from toolshouse.co.uk, as it was the cheapest option I found, even after searching for it on Ebay. Very fast service - it arrived well before expected, and well packaged. The sieve is fantastic - easy to put together, and has saved so much effort in the garden.

Been waiting 2 weeks for tool bag to come, evri ‘says’ it’s in transit but when I type the tracking number in it does not exist

Scam. Didn't deliver goods as they said I didn't give them the right address. That's a lie. I've been repeatedly asking for a refund but they are not answer me. Now that they got this review from me they have sent a discussing email. This is what they said:
