Great service, great prices.
Made a quote online and got a pretty fair price but wanted to speak to an agent to make sure everything was correct and I was covered for my children and step children.
I spoke to Lewis Routley and he was amazing, thank you so much for taking your time to talk to me and have lovely conversations rather than just sell.
Lewis made sure I had exactly what I needed and for the right price.
As well as that the process was so easy to get set up and done, in around 30 mins I had all my documents and information I needed.

Give Charlotte a promotion
Charlotte, from TOM customer service did an excellent job today making sense of what was a confusing situation with some payments owed getting mixed up with monthly payments. She took the time to break it all down for me clearly and got things sorted out. In a world where sometimes it seems like the art of customer service has been lost Charlotte gives me hope, this was proper professional customer service she was giving. Was only phoning to get a quote but decided to go ahead due to the customer service I revived. There was no hard sale, just straightforward advice and support.
