Yes love the shoes! And customer service is excellent 👌

My 2 year old loves the 3 pairs of shoes we got him from ToeTots. I love that they are on trend, too. I’ve found all 3 pairs are great quality and have withstood a lot of activity so far. I also love knowing that they protect his natural gait and feet. I just got a tiny pair of sandals for my 9 month old daughter that are SO soft, and can’t wait to try them.

Great quality shoes! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of shoes for my son and the customer service was amazing! They responded to my email quickly and offered to send out replacements and even cover any customs charges as it was an international order. I really appreciated the effort they went to as it was my own mistake in the first place. Customer service like this is rare these days!

The company uses misleading images and intentionally leaves details out of the product. Products may be found on other websites at a fraction of the price stated on the website, triggering suspicion that they take mass produced items and sell them at a premium. It makes me wonder if the shoes are pediatric podiatrist endorsed as they claim. No integrity.

Amazing quality shoes and customer service. I received my boys shoes in Australia and unfortunately they didn’t fit but nothing was too much trouble to get him the correct size. Appreciate the quick and friendly responses, will be re purchasing again when he’s in the next size.

They strive for quality and making things right while sticking to products that are GOOD for children’s feet and look great too. I’ll be honest — I was disappointed with the shipping time (2 wks) and sizing was smaller than anticipated.

However, the reason I will continue to shop here is for the quality and customer service. The shoes are well made and the attention to detail surprised me. When contacting customer service regarding an exchange, they were extremely responsive which is uncommon these days. They worked with me to find a solution and followed up to ensure I had a great experience.

While I was not initially thrilled about the long shipping time, ToeTots customer service went above and beyond to address the situation and responded promptly. I have also been pleased with the product itself and the shoes are very flexible and sturdy for young walkers. I will likely purchase from them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots for my grandson. I measured his feet, as the site instructed, and got the same size for both boots. Unfortunately, one of the boots was too snug. I contacted the company, they immediately got back to me, and made re-ordering another pair so fast and easy!! The boots received are comfy and flexible for a new walker. Small brand but they always respond positively to any issues in the shoes. I had a shoe that broke within a few uses, but they sent a new one in very rapidly!

The shoes are adorable, stylish, and well made! I love the selection of shoes they have and I love how they are unique! You won’t see the same shoe elsewhere nor will you see a lot of kids wearing these shoes. I recommend 10/10.

The BEST brand for kid shoes! Just recently discovered this brand and we absolutely love them. The shoes are so cute and extremely high quality. I ordered online and needed to exchange a few pair that were too small for my growing toddler and they were INCREDIBLE to work with! This will be my go to brand to buy shoes from now on.

Had a few orders now. Yes the shipping is expensive to the UK but the shoes are worth it! Had one pair which came apart slightly and the help team were great arranging for a new pair to be sent out!
