Received product directly from Tumi, and it was great! Service was outstanding along the way, they kept staying in touch advising on the status of the shipment along with automated emails.

I order a Briggs & Riley Baseline Underseat Duffel grey which is no longer available on the main Briggs and Riley site. When I found it on Voyage luggage, I was happy. I planned poorly on my end as this was near 4th of July week and I was going to be out of town. I was hoping FedEx would hold onto my package longer when I return but it was sent back to sender.

I contacted Voyage luggage and Peter was able to help in sending the shipment back to me. That was really above and beyond for them to do as I was in the wrong with bad planning. The package arrived great and it’s the color I was looking to pair with my existing grey Briggs and Riley suitcase.

This is a review of the great customer service I received from Voyage. I bought a piece of luggage from Voyage, and after taking only one trip, it developed a crack. I reached out to customer service and they facilitated an extremely smooth process of activating the manufacturer warranty to order a replacement, and ultimately returning that replacement for a refund. I appreciate their care!

He wanted to verify my address and let me know when my luggage would ship and said he would track the order. He followed up with me to let me know when it shipped and after it was delivered. This was my first purchase with Voyage. I needed a light but sturdy travel backpack. I purposely bought it to keep as a survival bag, in which I will keep my personal items in case of an emergency.
I will put it to the test in early August for a short vacation.
Love the color just wish it had larger wheels.

I ordered a High Sierra bag that after I ordered realized that I was no longer in need of. Peter and others from Voyage Luggage were extremely responsive when I let them know and made quick arrangements for me to ship the bag back to them and issued my refund promptly. Much appreciated and will definitely use them again if I am in need of luggage.

Purchased multiple NOMATIC and Bellroy items. Voyage was the best pricing by far (way better than amazon). I ended up keeping the Bellroy Check-in and carry on and returning the NOMATIC carry on. Return process was extremely easy. Voyage will be my first go to every time I need luggage or travel accessories. Customer service was great.

I had a great experience with Voyage Luggage. Unfortunately, I had to return a Samsonite Spinner Mobile Office bag that I purchased, but the issue was not with Voyage Luggage or the product itself. The package was left exposed to heavy rain by FedEx, which damaged the box upon delivery.
