What do you want a medal??? Service not the best and could barely understand the Indian female that I was talking to!! Employ people that speak proper English when dealing with series legal matters! I nearly put the phone down on her! Absolute joke! Also my date of first payment said the 2nd August, but this person tried to make me pay today and she said I need an explantion and I said it STATES 02nd August quite CLEARLY!
She then backed off! Shambles of a company... amateurs at best!

Just got off the phone with TMLegal, gentleman I spoke with was very professional and very reassuring. I was kept on hold for less than 10 seconds which we all know is fantastic as calling some of these companies can be rather exhausting. Overall really happy with this interaction and positive that all will be resolved in a respectful manner.

Set up a payment already only to have them call me and say I’ve missed a payment when they are the ones that failed to set it up correctly.
