Ignoring all evidence I have sent in…
I have repeatedly provided evidence that this debt was included in my Debt Relief Order, which was successfully discharged almost two years ago.
Despite numerous emails, multiple phone calls, and sending the documentation again on 8 June 2026, I continue to receive payment demands. I was even advised that the account would be closed, only to receive a further email threatening a doorstep visit days later.
This situation has caused significant distress and should never have reached this stage. I have now submitted a formal complaint and will be escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if this is not resolved immediately.
I would urge anyone dealing with this company to keep detailed records of all correspondence.
