PERFECT!! I got exactly what I asked for without any fuss delivery was perfect. Can't fault the service or product quality. As a bench joiner myself I couldn't make this for the price viably let alone delivery it too . Could go on, will use again and highly recommend. We're going to swap to doing our own deliveries for stair parts in the future to stop this kind of thing from happening again.

Excellent service from start to finish! Emailed with my requirements, got a speedy response with exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Ordered the item and turned up exactly when they said it would and with a courtesy call from the driver to say he was on the way. Stairs fit perfectly!

Low cost bespoke stairs
Great customer service, were able to create an awkward bespoke stair design for our house that saved us a lot of money. Received the stair far quicker than we had anticipated. Installed the stairs and they seem to be very good quality also. Would thoroughly recommend.

The stairs arrived on time, a helpful delivery driver, fitted perfectly and look great. Used an electric winch to lift into place and they fitted with only 1cm to spare.
