Great site and tool for designing the stairs, fast and excellent service when ordered. Fantastic finished stairs.

Choose TKstairs as I needed a new staircase after the basement being flooded by blocked street main drains.
I looked at quite a few staircase suppliers, found that with TKstairs I was able to plan out designs, save them, revert back to make changes to my designs, as a DIYer I need to make this project as simple as possible for me. TKstairs supplied my staircase, with strings already constructed, the rest in kit form, which gives me the time to construct my staircase and enjoy my project and feel proud of my work.

Quick efficient delivery. Order was as expected. Well wrapped. Good value for money.

Ordered the stairs but i forgot to amended a dimension, the team changed the order without fuss and i received the stairs on time

From the easy to use stair planner, to placing the order and getting the stairs delivered was a 1st class experience! I went for the cheapest option on a 14 tread flight of stairs, and the quality is excellent!! Much better than a generic flight which I could have purchased from a local kitchen manufacturer.

Customer service and response is excellent. Always responded in a timely and appropriate fashion. Stairs arrived on time and were well packed with everything as expected. Couple of little niggles with some of the routing under the stairs for the treads but not serious enough to do anything about. Very fast to send us extra components when we requested them.

I placed a large order of oak stair parts from TK stairs. The products came earlier than expected and were much better value than my normal suppliers. Excellent quality components also. They are also very easy to contact either by phone or email.

Product best on the market when it’s correct. Manufacturing / Quality control extremely poor latest order has cost us as a company more than half the purchase price I dread to think what the cost is to TK

Very impressed with whole experience. Email communication was faultless and quick, they helped with designing the stairs as it was an awkward space and I couldn't do it myself on the website. Resonable price, delivery on given date, good finish on the staircase.

I needed a piece of wood for a stair. TK Stairs were able to match the wood type and colour plus they delivered it in a timely manner. All good!
