Very good especially if you’re an experienced IT person which I’m not . I had to employ a web designed to help me finish it off but that’s ok.

Generally speaking I'm satisfied with my email in Titan, except for one point; a problem I don't have with any of the other classic email services:
When there's a series of emails with a contact providing feedback on the same subject, it becomes very difficult to read any of the emails from previous days; at most, it tells you the number of emails there are, but it's not easy to find a specific one because it doesn't even give the date of each one, and working with the sequence is very unpleasant.

Titan is always quick to help troubleshoot matters. They provide easy to understand resolutions. I've been with them for over 4 years and can say that I've not run into any issues where my concern was not resolved to my satisfaction.
