Very ordinary experience. It can't link with the new version of Outlook. Its search function seems not to work.You can't search all email addresses like in Outlook. Threaten of ban if multiple bounce backs . Just hopeless . Very cluncky to use .

And I thought I was the only one. All I can say is unreliable. In the past two years, I have had nothing but issues. When you contact customer service, all they do is pass the buck and place blame elsewhere.

One of the most stupid email client ever, every second email falls under the force send error, you try to contact support and even when you try to reply them email get spam error, this is just pain to use this email client!

Every email gives following error:

This is my life biggest mistake to buy or use their services it,s too much poor and I have send to mail then the email are bounced back again and again, I have contact to there customer service they do not solve my issue and they suspended my account fack there services ???????????????

They are the worst e-mail service I ever used (I am in the business since 30 years). Believe or not - they do not offer a possibility to block a spammer (no spamassassin, no blacklist!). The spam is directed to your spam folder, and if the spammer sends large attachments (it happened to us), you account will be simply shut down after the spam quota reaches certain limit). It's just unbelievable! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible email tool. You keep getting popups about their features and you can't turn it off. I was in the middle of typing an email and out of nowhere, the email ended up in the trash. HORRIBLE!!!

I am sending out normal emails to my business partners, but none of them were sent out successfully. "We were not able to send your email as our system has identified it as spam. " What's wrong with this email?

Customer support is poor, they hold no accountability for anything that goes wrong i.e. the disappearance of 100s of important emails, block you if you get too a certain number of unpredictable email undeliverables and the app is not user friendly compared to Office outlook.

Sometimes they suspend my business account for no reason. They don’t warn me and it takes weeks to get my emails back because they don’t have customer service.

The worst email service I have to use.
I am with hostinger so they move me to Titan email.
The costumer service is very very bad don't know anything how to speak with customers.
No words about bot giving solutions not connect to the problem.

Poor service. The limits on emails sent/received (only 50 !) and suspension for sending emails that bounce back makes Titan a very poor choice for any website owner. Upgrading adds hidden costs. I won't be renewing with this provider unless they become more customer focussed and listen to what their real customers need. I don't mind paying for a wervice provider but I want to know the costs up front, not be swindled once I've already signed up.

This is the worst email provider I have ever used, primarily because its spam filter is far worse than useless and you can't turn it off and let the email client take care of it. Every day, I have to sift through my spam folder to retrieve four or five legitimate emails, while four or five spam messages wind up in my Inbox. I have upgraded so I can block actual spam and allow legitimate email, but Titan ignores most of the rules I set up and good email still ends up in spam. It's my one regret about switching to Hostinger from Bluehost, but it's a big one, and now I'm stuck with them for four years.

Worst email service I have ever used. Spam filters do not work so your account will be flooded with spam emails. I have moved around 5000+ emails to spam, blocked all email accounts and still they end up in your inbox. Joke of a service, stick with Gmail, don't waste your time filtering rubbish all day

I've reported a fraudulent website using their business service to send unsolicited e-mail. They terminated their account within an hour. Professional service.

I want to move emails from one Hontinger account to another but their is no direct or backup option for all emails It so frustrating.
