When I reached out to customer service, they were great at communicating with me in a timely manner and gave more information that I needed, but did not ask for.

The customer service I experienced was excellent. I received a call back within the same day and all of my questions were answered. I’m really grateful for the patience that they had and for them taking the time to assist me.

A little confused about the monthly charges and really unsure what I was signing up for other than a sweepstake. I thought I was entering a simple sweepstakes but it quickly asked me for a subscription costing me ten dollars to visit their website.

The process is very well described. The picture are very clue, and you really are getting a well designed and well built home..
