Great!

I purchased the Laveo dry flush from Tiny Home Equipment as I’m doing a no build conversion van. It had great ratings and Tiny Home advertised extra cartridges for a very good price. I ordered it and it arrived in a very timely manner and is perfect for my conversion. Tiny Home is very easy to work with, have an easy website to have all my questions answered and to make the purchase. Very happy dealing with Tiny Home Equipment and would definitely purchase from them again!

Customer service great.. delivery horrible

The sales experience was great however it did not arrive in the time frame we were told...That is understandable however the delivery was horrible..That is not your fault and we were given a 25% refund to make it right...I have not received the refund or notification of it as of today but will give it a little more time.

This is my second toilet

This is my second toilet. I'm adding on to my tiny house, another bedroom and bathroom. I don't want the expense of adding a septic and this is a great toilet, easy to install and use.

NO signature REQUIRED!! First time I used this site

First time I used this site. Purchased an RV 12-volt side by side refrigerator. They sent me the wrong tracking number. Not a big deal. The refrigerator was sent by semi-truck.

Let me get to the major problem right away. Tiny Home Equipment did not have my $2000 refrigerator with "NEEDED Signature" If I had not called the delivery company and get a window when the refrigerator would arrive, they would have just left it "curbside!" This is not acceptable.

More Details:

When I called the delivery company they were helpful and gave me the correct tracking number and a day it would arrive.

During the delivery window, I received a phone call from the delivery company saying that they could not find my home. The operator connected me with the semi-driver. The driver informed me that he could not make it down my street and that I needed to meet him in order to receive my refrigerator. THIS WAS SHOCKING!!! Luckily, I have a truck and we were able to meet less than 2 miles from my home. He loaded it in my truck and showed me that there was NO Signature Required!!!!! Totally blown away by this.

I asked him, "What would have happened if I did not have a truck?" He did not have an answer for me.

I am so glad that I had a truck and I was able to meet the driver for my refrigerator. I have no idea how Tiny Home Equipment would have handled it, if I didn't.

I only used Tiny Home because they had the best price which included "free shipping." Goes to show you, you get what you pay for.

Great job

I thought that the battery was part of the kit and if I wanted to have as a back up either, 110v or 12 v to high light one of those options. Found when I got the kit I chose 12v only. Got on line and within minutes chatted with someone and had a battery coming (not for free)
