Wonderful order process and a good price. We ordered two 1/4 inch acrylic panels as backsplashes for our stove and sink. The star deduction was for a small rough area/scuff on the long side of one panel. We can hide that side. Honestly, though, I think that might happen with any supplier. I would order from them again.

Company had very good communication after the order was placed.

I ordered 1/4" US measure material. I got something that seems to be about 1/5 " US measure. I paid to have the edges rounded, they have a ridge down both sides the whole perimeter of the piece. The plastic film protective buffer required too much time to remove due to its being very old and apparently exposed to heat after it was applied. Not very satisfying. I will not be a repeat customer. EVER!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered the wrong item (my mistake), but trying to return it was a complete nightmare. I called multiple times—left FOUR voicemails—and got zero real response. When they finally did call back, it was from a random number with no voicemail, no follow-up, nothing. Completely unprofessional.

Customer service was dismissive, nonchalant, and offered no real help or accountability. No urgency, no care, just a “figure it out yourself” attitude.

Then after going out of my way to return the item (trying to be nice) wasting time and throwing off my entire schedule. I lost money...That information would’ve been helpful upfront.

Now I’m being told I’ll get a refund “once tracking is processed” with no clear timeline or communication. Just more uncertainty.

At this point, the process cost me more time and stress than the item was even worth.

Bottom line:
Make absolutely sure your order is PERFECT before buying from this company because if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

I would not recommend dealing with them.

Excellent work. Cut to exact size, quick turnaround time and shipment, fair price that was lower than several quotes I received from multiple custom cut plexiglass places (including Home Depot).
I would suggest using shipping corners to protect plexiglass sheet corners during shipment (one sheet had one slightly chipped corner - barely noticeable).
Would certainly order again.

When I called your customer support phone; it was explained to me that the polycarbonate that you sell is better than what I had been buying in my local hardware store.

I’m not sure if something is wrong with the website or wrong with me, but what I ordered isn’t even close to what showed up.

The lexan arrived timely and was well-wrapped with no problems. It weighed 60# but the surrounding cardboard provided perfect protection.And, of course, the measurements of the materials were precise.

Good product,and correct size. Little bit slower in shipping, but was still good.

Shipping was fast, product was as described and well protected.

I ordered custom dimensions and they were exact, not missing saw blade width like some sellers use.
