Excellent toys and Exceptional Customer Service
The toys were packaged well and of excellent quality.
When I reached out to say I only received 2 of my 5 preferred toys, the company immediately shipped out a replacement package.

I so look forward to getting my Tiny Earth Box every other month! I think the two month rotation is perfect for building familiarity with the toys without losing my little guy's curiosity. It's been such a joy to see how the toys engage his little mind and help him as he transitions from baby to crawler!

I love tiny earth toys! The package arrived so fast and the toys are beautiful and look brand new! The toys are beautifully wrapped and packaged and the kids love playing with them! I am kissing buying toys goodbye and embracing toy rentals!

Love everything about our experience! The only concern is packing everything up to ship it back - do I get a shipping label or something? And also in our tiny house the boxes do take up a lot of space. But that's not really on Tiny Earth Toys!

I think the concept is great but…
I think the concept is great. I loved the idea of using toys and not having to keep them because it’s hard to know which toys would be the most engaging and used by baby. Most toys I feel just end up being tossed after they’re used and that’s another reason why renting is awesome. A couple things I didn’t love. I felt that the $35 per month would be okay if new toys were given every month but two months is a long time. It felt like the second month of $35 was a waste because my daughter barely played with them. Also, I wish the catalog of toys was bigger because some of them felt very similar and it was hard to pick good ones for the exchange month. I decided to cancel because of those two issues. Again, love the idea, but could be improved to make it more valuable.

For parents who need help with guidance when getting developmental appropriate toys, but also care about the environment, and also don’t like clutter. Tiny Earth is for you!! These toys are fantastic and I feel so much better about our impact on the planet that another baby is going to use the toys after my babe is done with them. I love the concept, and the execution of this company is top notch!! Love love love it!

I had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys…
I had requested to have 7 of the 8 toys of my subscription to be for my older child and requested one specific toy (play gym) for my infant. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. I recieved half and half of the toys for each of my kids and didn't get the play gym. I understand specific items can't be guaranteed but I at least expect to have the break up of toys for each child to be possible.... was disappointed in that bc the most of the 4 toys sent for my infant won't get used.

We have implemented a few new steps within our checkout process recently, including the ability to select your toys. Unfortunately, with this step, you did need to save your toy selections. Our team is currently working to ensure this step is more user-friendly in the future.
To help make things right, we would love to get you 4 new toys for your oldest child packed up and out the door ASAP.
You can see what we may send and read up about what each toy supports in your little one's growth in our Toy Library. If you have specific items that you would like in the kit (or that you have already and would like for us to skip), please let us know as soon as you are able. We do our best to fulfill these requests but feel free to let us know of backup selections in case we have to make a substitution.

I asked for toys that do not have lots…
I asked for toys that do not have lots of pieces and I got two sets of blocks and a veggie cutting set, which also has lots of pieces. Both the baby toys were for a baby two months younger than mine and were not interesting to her.
