Like many other reviews on here I bought a watch, never arrived, was then told it was out of stock even though it said in stock on website at point of order. Was offered a refund and this has never happened. The phone number on the website is fake. They have stopped replying to my emails now chasing the refund. Please stay away from this site, it is a con and the will take steal your money

Paid for next day delivery, never turned up! Contacted them and told it wasn’t in stock so offered an alternative or a refund.
I requested the refund, and nothing!!! Fake promises, had to involve my credit card company to get my money back.

Customer Service very poor.

Ordered a watch, was told it was out of stock. Had the option to order an alternative but none was to liking.

Had no progress emails with shipping or tracking information.

Asked for full refund and that has also taken a very long time to be honoured back. I’m sure the website is fake.

Was a bit nervous ordering after reading some of the reviews but ordered an Armani watch on bank holiday Monday and was here by Wednesday. Great watch and great price. Thank you. Will definitely use this Company again!

Sent an alternative watch as the one I ordered wasn’t in stock which i wasn’t expecting but Really helpful and quick in exchanging it. Can’t fault the customer service

Although I didn’t end up keeping the watch I have read so many bad reviews about refunds and customer services here and wanted to share that the customer services support were amazing and replied within minutes to my emails and the refund was actioned before I’d even had a chance to return it so not sure these people are even talking about the same business.

Can't recommend this online company enough genuinely looked after from start to finish kept update at all times and watch exceeded expectations unreal don't hesitate to order from tick tock

Ordered a watch for my mam's 70th, which arrived in great condition. Unfortunately my mam's eyesight isn't what it once was so she had trouble reading the watch face. Emailed Tick Tock Watches to explain the situation and have to say there customer service and communication was 5*. I was given a couple of options and made clear a full refund was definately one of those options. I decided on the full refund, and was given instructions on what to do. I got updates when they recieved the watch and when they had processed the refund. Money was in my account 2 days later. Excellent experience

Ordered watch on a Monday. Received receipt of order immediately. Paid additional £3.99 for 1-2 working day guaranteed delivery. Heard nothing…received nothing. Emailed them o. Thursday afternoon asking what had happened to my purchase. Had to wait a couple of hours then received an email saying product out of stock and apologising. Said I could choose another watch instead even if it was a little bit more expensive and if it was the same price then receive a 30% discount/refund. Ridiculous, have requested a full refund including delivery charge…. Will wait and see if the honour this.

Please DO NOT use this fake company. I ordered a watch and payment was taken immediately. No tracking details arrived . Tried to call the number on the website which goes to a dead line . Tried to click on the Facebook link at the bottom of the website but page has been removed. Contacted the “company “ by email and did receive very polite responses about how my order would be shipped immediately and they took it all very seriously etc . Needless to say no order shipped . After various emails I requested a full refund . Never received. They said I needed to contact my bank . Thankfully paid with a credit card and 11 days later they are refunding me and attempting to recover the money .
Do not use this company!!!!

Order a watch for my son's 16th birthday and paid for next day delivery. A week later it still hadn't arrived. I sent a message to customer service who said they would check. One day later I had to email them to follow up and was told the earch was out of stock. I could choose a new one and would be sent the tracking details that day. Nothing was sent. I had to cancel the order as it was now not going to arrive in time. No refund yet. Really disappointing service

I ordered a PINK Lipsy smartwatch.
I received an orange Bench watch not even a smart watch.
I returned the bench watch. On their Request ,I choose another PINK Smart watch. Little bit more expensive.
I also EMAILED photos of new selection
Yes you’ve guessed I received a BLACK Lipsy watch all be it similar to my original order.

Do not purchase from this store. I returned a watch within the 14 day return period and it is now 8 weeks and no refund has been issued.

Every time i chase i get an email saying they are looking into it. Which i doubt very much

I have never written about any company and given reviews however this company do not deserve any stars avoid at all costs

COUNTERFEIT WATCHES AND REFUSE TO REFUND

Ordered a watch in August as a gift. After a month of wear it began to fall apart. I eventually managed to speak with someone over email, as all contact info is false, and they advised to return the item to a safe storage facility. This is when alarm bells began to ring. I sent recorded and they advised they would refund. Still not received a refund a month later and I'm told something different on a weekly basis. They advised they cannot refund me now because they can't issue a cheque and my bank account that I purchased the item with is closed. Constant lies. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud and I will be issuing small claims proceedings to recover the mo ey they have stolen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THESE GUYS ARE SCUMBAGS!
