Dreadful experience. I still don’t know what happened to my order after my bank details were past on to the company. I contacted them and they replied that the confirmation of my order is on my spam folder (it was not the case) and refused to resent it. After that they just ignored my emails.

Watch has been paid for and has not arrived tried ringing the phone number they have on there website and the number doesn't exist

The website was easy to use and the watch is as described. I had concerns about delivery as the Company had used Royal Mail who had disruptions because of strike action, but they assured me it would arrive, and it did. Really pleased with everything overall but would question why a Company would choose a courier that could not guarantee a delivery date due to strike action.

This is the 3rd watch I’ve bought from this company. Service was great Communication was good. There was a delay in my item but I was kept informed as there was a postal strike. Lovely watch great company

I've ordered a watch and it was broken I've send it back but they didn't give me refund It's been 2 months I'm not happy with ticktockwatch

Absolutely appalling company, purchased 1 watch but payment was taken for 2, been trying to get refund from them for over 2 weeks and feel as though constantly being ignored, don’t reply for 2-4 days when it states they reply within a few hours absolutely ridiculous customer service.
Was told refund would be made 3-5 days over 2 weeks ago and now just ignoring my emails.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS POOR COMPANY!!

I am happy for the watch that was sent to me immediately and in good condition, showing exactly as in the presentation image!

I had payment problems ordering online and found it very difficult to get hold of anyone on chat or by phone, the problem resulted in a duplicate order and although I spotted it and contacted you two watches turned up. I did get replies the following day by email but of course emails are not always quick enough to resolve problems. The watch received is very nice.

Really happy with the watch, it’s nice new and shiny! Packaging had a little damage on the outside, I’m assuming that was from transit, but other than that, I’d recommend.

Had some problems ordering at the payment stage. Customer services very helpful and quick to sort it out. I ordered on a Friday and paid extra for quicker delivery, quoted by Sunday, as it was a birthday present, but it arrived late and when I checked tracking it wasn't despatched until after the weekend. The item was fine no problems with that.

I would have given them minus stars but unfortunately this is not possible. I have had a nightmare with this company. They cancelled my order, offered me a replacement, then after much chasing cancelled that order and offered me a refund which they have yet to repay. The watch was a gift for my son before his gap year but he has now left the country. You can only contact them by email and they make promises that they then do not keep.

Delivered on time actually a day early. The watch is lovely just a bit bigger than I thought it would be.

Very good and smooth service, came within 2 working days and watch was brand new.
