I would highly recommend Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes, especially Dan, who made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional, with excellent communication throughout. Even when I wasn’t completely sure about buying the car, he made me feel at ease and gave me the space to decide without ever making me feel pressured. He was transparent, punctual and happy to answer every question I had. His approach played a huge part in making me feel confident about going ahead with the purchase.

Took my car in today for an intermittent EML , Engine Repair Needed warning and reduced power mode. Happens on long dual carriageway/motorway runs leaving me to try and not get rear ended and find somewhere safe to stop, switch ignition off and on to clear the fault.

Went to collect, asked what the issue was and was told they had just cleared the codes and as they couldn't replicate the fault on a 4-5 mile test drive I had to bring it back when it did again.

No investigation into what's causing the fault/codes whatsoever, just clear them.

***** who is a 70 year old lady having recently had a full knee replacement needed a new car in a hurry after her previous car had to be scrapped. She is a pensioner and is not part of the mobility scheme. She got a personal loan that she could ill afford and bought a used car from Thurlow Nunn Lowestoft for £5195. Two weeks later she realised her mobility issues made it difficult to get in and out of the small car so she returned to the dealer where they had a SUV at a similar price. She proposed to swap the similar priced cars with a £300 addition to sweeten the paper work. The assistant said ok, and went as saw the manager, he returned stating they could only offer her £3000 for her car, thats a depreciation of £1000 per week. So naturally there was no deal. Worse the dealer stated to her that their overheads were huge, the large site, the amount of employees etc, utter nonsense. NOT HER PROBLEM If the very same lady had walked into the showroom on the mobility scheme she would've driven out with a £40,000 brand new SUV… so huge benefits for those that play the system and hardship for those that don't. HONESTY DOES NOT PAY

My Mum took her car in to the Holt branch to get the exhaust fixed. She had been to a Ford dealership previously and was told it needed an exhaust (they didn't charge anything) but they couldn't fit it in till end of August (another long story). When she got back to Thurlow Nunn they told her they had looked at the car and it needed a new exhaust, and that would be £84 please....just for 'diagnosing the problem'. Totally unacceptable.

Paul Eaton was my sales advisor and I was very happy with the service provided. I knew exactly what I did and didn't want and although Paul advised me of additional extras available, he wasn't pushy and accepted my requests.

I dont call £88.00 for a pair of winscreen wipers (written evidence from Thurlow Nunn) acceptable when the same thing is £19.99 in Halfords, to make worse I am told we are going to fail you MOT if you dont have them fitted, tis is nothing short of blackmail is this the way Thurlow Nunn conduct their business, ?????
