Who says a small family businesses can’t compete with the “big boys”. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my electrical goods. Great prices backed by superb customer service…what more could anyone ask for!

Excellent from placing the order to the delivery everything was smooth and easy. Was as promised given a delivery window the day before the delivery.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional. I had chosen Saturday 1st Feb. for delivery as I wasn't in a hurry to receive. I got a call to bring my delivery forward to suit them as a driver was going on holiday. When I said that didn't suit due to work, they offered to work with me and promised a pre 7.30am (first delivery of the day) which I accepted gratefully. On day of delivery it was personally delivered at 6.45am as the van had a flat tyre and they didn't want to phone and disappoint me! How's that for service 😁

First class new TV delivery. Text message the night before with 2 hour window for the next day. Arrived within time window. Driver was super helpful and friendly.

I bought a tv from THT direct in December 24. I had never heard of the company before but found it on a sponsored link on a google search. They had the TV I was looking for £60 cheaper than Amazon, Currys and Argos with free delivery. I had previously bought a TV from Amazon and when delievered the screen was all cracked and so I had returned it therefore I phoned THT and asked if I could pick it up from the shop, although it was not in stock in the shop the staff member was very helpful and explained they had their own drivers which gave me peace at mind. The TV was delivered within 3 days which was great as it was between Christmas and New Year. Delivery driver as also very friendly.
Great service and great to support a local business. Will recommend to friends and check back when we need our next appliance. Thank you!

Discovered this shop through a price search for a tv. One of the cheapest I could find and could visit the shop myself, although free delivery was on offer. Staff in the shop couldn’t have been any more helpful. What a pleasant experience from start to finish. Communication also excellent by phone and by email as had a soundbar to collect at a later date. Product knowledge was also good and more than happy to offer advice.

One of the best. I delt with George he was on hand to give the best advise on what I was looking for in a new TV. The servise was first class, 5 star they deliverd it when they said it would be. One of the best retailers regardig service George knows how to look after you.

Brilliant service from THT. purchased TV and was delivered at the agreed time. Staff were excellent to deal with and very helpful with delivery driver helping me lift the TV upstairs. I would recommend this company for any electrical appliances.
