From the very first conversation, Chris was incredibly helpful, patient, and honest — qualities that made such a difference throughout the whole mortgage process. I most say ,it was a great experience working with Threshold mortgage. I apart from slight delays beyond there control, myself and my wife are very much appreciated with the out come of our mortgage.

The staff memebers whom we engaged with on this mortgage arrangements journey have been outstanding. They were personable and profesional in their conduct. Their knowledge of the financial products relating to mortgages was outstanding. They were in every stage keen to understand our needs and equally proactive in finding appropriate and affordable solutions which met our needs. Their customer service from customer onboarding through to service delivery were admirable.
My wife and I would proudly recommend them to anyone seeking help for residential property mortgage arrangements.

Absolutely amazing service so far, just got our mortage offer.
I would like to praise joe kilpatrick he was on it from the start absolutely amazing his service is top, as first time buyers he explained everything communication was amazing, anything I wasn't sure of he explained so I understood. Very communication was fast every time, even now waiting for completion which is a while away he still there supporting, even now got case worker that is also communicating promptly each stage, I wouldn't choose any other mortage broker, im so impressed so far.
