Communication after submission was clear and prompt with updates regularly provided.
Any issues had been pushed quickly by the team. With Lauren helping chase an outstanding document from our developer to help with the lenders valuation.

Highly recommend Threshold Mortgage Advice! Ross was incredibly helpful, always responded quickly and took the time to explain and support me and my wife as we looked to sell and buy a new property. Ross was always available when we needed support and was always on hand to support with all of our questions - we have tried to get advice in the past but nothing compared to what service we got from Ross. 5 stars and 10/10 in terms of end to end support. Excellent Mortgage advisor - Trevor Tokabi
I found Trevor Tokabi to be extremely helpful throughout the whole mortgage process. He took the time to understand my needs and was very sympathetic to my current situation. He went above and beyond to find me an excellent mortgage deal.
When one mortgage lender was unable to cover me, Trevor didn’t give up. He went out of his way to find another lender who could help, which I really appreciated.

When I first contacted Threshold, I was unsure on what options may be available to me.
