I have been using Three Ships for about a year. I love the products and knowing that they are "clean" and have less chemicals than other brands. I love the products and have made several purchases in the last year and a half. This past week I contacted them and had the best experience with an online company's customer service that I've ever had! I had an issue with an order but forgot about it, and moved on with life. Months later, I finally remembered to contact them, and I was certain it was a lost cause. Instead, I received a response within 24 hours! AND they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and immediately sent a replacement product! I was already a repeat customer due to how much I love their skin care line. However after this experience, I wanted to write a review to commend Three Ship's on their superior customer service!

Run into an issue with my address & was worries that it will not get to me in time or will be delayed. So I quickly emailed the email address that provided in my confirmation order. Sent them an email & got a reply back the same day within an hour. I was relieved that we can reach out to someone immediately. We corresponded in a timely manner & my issue was resolved quickly. Which gave me a peace of mind that my order is in good hands. Was impressed by their efficiency & the fact they privided an email to go to when you run into any issues. I hope they continue to provide excellent service throughout. This gave me confidence that this will be a good company to give my business to & will not give me a run around.
