I'm surprised this company has high ratings. I researched and decided on Three Ships Beauty. Firm Believer jar too large for little product, doesn't pump when quite a bit left. Jelly drops pulls up very little. I'm a senior without sensitive skin, but I started breaking out with acne. I finally realized it was Firm Believer. Stopped and skin cleared up. I wrote company, but they are VERY slow to reply and both times said it was my email, which it is not. Still waiting for reply and I'll see if they do anything, then maybe I'll upgrade review.

I had a simple question, and customer service replied quickly and went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I have been using Three Ships products since almost their beginning, and have always found they truly care about their customers. Full transparency and genuine care are rare, and so refreshing!

i purchased the trial kit which i found to be great products.After using the product for a few days i had a reaction and was not able to continue using it.i contacted the company and immediately this situation was dealt with .I would highly recommend this company they definitely put their customers first.Julie offered me a new line of product for sensitiveskin as well

I loved the trial kit so much so that I ordered it twice to make sure it really worked for my skin (rosacea, dry and sensitive) so I ordered the sensitive products. Should have stuck with the basics as the sensitive line made me flare up and stung my skin. Still a great product and am thinking about ordering the items in the kit, but not until my skin calms down.
Great customer service and love that it's Canadian-made and woman-owned.

I have very breakout prone skin and have tried many many skin care products with varied results. After trying Three Ships trial kit, I am very impressed, impressed enough to order the full size. Breakouts have diminished, are less ‘angry’ when they do appear and clear up overnight. Fingers crossed this keeps up with ongoing use. I also needed some assistance and received a very prompt and helpful response.

Three ships products are great. I have been using them since February of this year and my skin looks amazing!

Both the products and customer service at Three Ships are top notch! I've been a customer for years, no reason to look elsewhere! Products are very clean and very effective. New products keep coming! Anytime I've had to reach out to the company the communication has been prompt and clear. Any issues requiring attention have been resolved in less than 24 hrs. I ordered the trial kits for myself and my niece we both saw good results within a week so ordered the full size. I have rosacea that was in remission for years but recently re-occurred and within a week of using the trial kit it is gone again. We also had an issue with shipping that was totally on my end and customer service sorted it out for me very quickly. 😊

I have been wearing Three Ships for over 3 years now. I will never wear anything else, especially for moisturizer. Ive tried most of their products and it's the best thing for my skin, especially because your skin changes as you get older. I love that its run/founded by women and it's Canadian! The customer service is great - prompt and easy.

I loved the trial but went on the website to order and felt a different product would be better for me. When I used it for 3 weeks and didn’t love it like I did the trial products this company made it right. Their 30 day satisfaction is real and I appreciate their integrity. A company truly for their consumers!!
