The company promised two-day delivery but my over $600 tire order never arrived and there was no communication regarding my order. When I called no one ever knew what the delay was and my car was at the mechanic shop- which I explained. For one week I got the runaround about them "communicating with the warehouse" and when no one still knew anything, I requested a refund which took another week for them to process. I am not certain I would have gotten my money back if I hadn't paid through and filed a complaint with Paypal. They did however refund all of my money. I would not recommend you take the risk with this company. If they had simply been professional, knew where their products were and why they didn't ship, informed the customer, and returned calls and emails it could have been a much better experience as delays happen sometimes.

Wow, seems we all have the same experience. They sent me the wrong battery. Same model, but with positive and negative swapped. Said they take full responsibility for it. Won't process refund. Avoid at all costs.
Poor customer service
Placed an order for shocks, recieved notice that they were back ordered for about 6 weeks. I cancelled the order and received confirmation of the cancellation.
I didn't receive a refund, called and was told refund was processed last week.
Called again the week after and was told the refund was processed last week and I will get an email confirmation.
Called again the next day after not receiving the email and was told refund was processed yesterday.
The agent was cold and just kept repeating the refund was processed yesterday allow x amount of hours for it to show up no matter what I asked.

Good prices but poor customer service
Best prices I was able to find for the rotors I bought except that one of the rotors that was shipped from their several warehouses never arrived. I checked the tracking info and it said the item was damaged and was undeliverable so I contacted THMotorsports and they looked into it and said they would refund me that one rotor which was fair. It's been a month and a half and I have yet to see my refund. I reach out to their customer service rep Michael that keeps telling me "it'll be processed soon" which is total BS. I've never had any refund take this long to be approved & process. Definitely won't be buying anything from them again and hopefully other customers don't experienced what I've had to go through.

.. I was looking to purchase a battery on Black Friday.. so I seen it pop up.. 179.99 AgM battery.. didn't think twice about it... I purchased it.. only to receive a battery mounting kit.. no big deal.. my box actually had two shipping papers in it with mine and another person's.. so I thought mix up they got my package mixed up with this guy's.. boy was I wrong.. call customer service they tell me that it was just a picture of a battery the actual product I purchased was the actual mounting kit.. they send a shipping return label and I find out that I'm responsible for paying a $59 restocking fee.. $19 shipping.. and $9 for I don't even know? a label I guess.. so my order was $199 to begin with.. and me making a mistake and not seeing that it was actually a bracket to mount the battery down..(not the battery I saw online in the picture of the battery to trick people) somehow they have the right to charge me almost $100 just to ship back a product that I don't need.. the customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with.. I've never got on and wrote a review on anything that's ever happened to me online dealing with purchases.. but this is the biggest crock I've ever dealt with.. I wouldn't even give this company one star... Buyers beware .. they on that BS
Stay away from them
Stay away from them! The website shows the lowest price for parts. I ordered a roof rack and have been waiting to get a status. I noticed the order is cancelled, called the support, they told it's out of stock and that's the reason for cancellation and they cannot do anything regarding that. Ruined my timebound plans. So my address and details are with them. Are they doing it to get all details and sell to third-party?! I don't know!
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
I purchased four brake calipers on February 26th I contacted THMotorsports several times as my calipers were taking a long time to ship. Each time I would reach out I was told they were backordered again. Fast forward to almost 6 months later… After being assured they would all be shipping out July 30th I contacted them again for the 3rd or 4th time. I was then told they were backordered to September 29th. This is when I finally lost my patience. My brake pads were at 2-3mm when I had initially placed my order back in February. They recently failed and I had no choice but to purchase all new pads and two new front rotors. This company costed me a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend others to search elsewhere for parts. I got lucky I used PayPal and was barely within the 180 day margin to file a dispute. If I was not I am unsure if I would’ve gotten a refund.
Terrible customer service
Thmotorsports sent me the wrong product and condescendingly persisted that I received the correct product. Michael Novelo refused to provide any form of assistance to fix this issue. This business is garbage.
Misleading Delivery Timescales and Poor Customer Service
Ordered items stating delivery from manufacturer in 2 days (1 item was 14 days) and items shipped, however when received 3 items had not.
Queried why and was told it would be a month. Asked why no communication to advise of this without me having to chase and was told they had. So asked for this not received communication to be forwarded and it never was.
Over 1 month later chase what is happening. Another month….
So lure you in with good prices but have no stock or commitment to fulfill your order. You have to chase and then when you eventually get a refund, buy elsewhere.
Save time and hassle and just buy elsewhere in the first place.
SCAM
TH Motorsports sent me damaged rotors for my Audi Q7, they provided a return label and I never received a refund, this place is a scam be AWARE! I was forced to dispute it with PayPal because they obviously like to steal peoples money.
No refund, bad customer service
I ordered fox shocks front and rear from thmotorsports on 4-28-21, was given a 2 week ship date. On 5-4, I was told by Clint from autoplicity that the fronts were unavailable from their primary supplier, but for a PayPal invoice of 73.87, they could get them from a secondary supplier. I paid, and was assured the rears would ship the next day. Later that day, I was notified that the fronts were unavailable, so I asked for a refund on the fronts and delivery on the rear set. On 5-8, I recieved a partial refund on the front shocks, not including the PayPal of 73.87. On 5-11, I contacted Clint at autoplicity as I had not gotten a shipping notice. On 5-13, I received a notice from Michael at thmotorsports that a new order for the rear shocks had been created. On 5-19, I was notified that the tentative ship date was now mid June. On 5-20, I cancelled the order, and asked for a refund for the rear shocks, as well as the PayPal invoice. On 5-21, after having to prove to Michael via screenshots the the PayPal invoice was valid, he said the money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. On 5-26, I asked about my refund, Michael responded that he had contacted the billing department and I could expect a refund in 3-5 business days. On 6-4, I contacted both Michael and Clint about the refund I had asked for on 5-20. I have received no response from either of them, as well as no refund.

I ordered 4 tires in nice price after waited and waited for 9 weeks and call that they never response. Then I called them like 10 times today and they told me that the stuff online is not in stock. Everytime they wanted me to wait and keep waiting longer. After 9 weeks, and asked them they push me to get a refund. And on top the person was rude.

Don't use THMotorsports
Leave THMotorsports, don't even think about buying from them. I ordered a lift pump Jan 5 that was only 1 left....and then it ended up being claimed as on back order...well fine I can wait for awhile. But after about a month I contact them and they say 21 days or so before shipping. So I was like ok...well after that nothing...I call back and they say they'll check into it and get back the next day. The next day or so I get notified of a refund...no explanation or communication about the issue the whole time. ONLY when I reached out to them would they communicated and even then it wasn't very much. After having my 480+$ for 2 months they should have reimbursed the amount to purchase the item elsewhere. Not very pleased with them, save yourself the hassle and use someone reputable and do research before you buy, you might end up needing to use someone else amyway if you try them like I did.

This company i will never ever recommend to anyone.I ordered some headlights for 79.99.I called the next day to cancel.The man told me clearly he would cancel and it was not shipped out yet.So then i get the headlights anyway.I message and message finally get a response.”saying that it was to late to cancel”.When the man told me clearly he cancelled on the phone.So after all this i took back to post office and just returned to sender”no additional fees.Told the company as well.Then they send me a shipping label, and tell me is a 20 percent restock fee and pay for shipping”!Where does this even sound right.When i cancelled and was told .I finally after going back through paypal and free several messages get 40.00 back!Now 40.00 after i cancelled,and was told it cancelled, no communication.This is not no 20 percent or a shipping fee i shouldn’t of been charged no 40.00period! Avoid THMotorsports / Autoplicity
Two issues here.
1. Poor quality product from Anzo, but their customer service was very good.
2. VERY POOR Customer service from THMotorsports / Autoplicity. Yes, they'll take/receive emails; Yes, they'll take calls... Follow through is SEVERELY Lacking... COVID-19 excuse only goes so far!
BLUF: Refund requested Sep 8. Refund FINALLY received, after NO LESS THAN 8 follow-up calls / emails to THMotorsports, Dec 8.

I am extremely disappointed in the production quality of this product.
HISTORY:
Purchased April 2020. Installed and immediately identified the RIGHT / Passenger side high-beam inoperative. I coordinated for exchange of the unit. It took almost SEVEN WEEKS to receive the replacement.
With the assistance of ANZO support the replacement unit was shipped. Shortly after installation of the replacement unit, the LOW beam on it began to flicker and ultimately dimmed to approximately 25% output.
I coordinated replacement of the REPLACEMENT unit. Because ANZO can only ship in pairs, I sent a "core charge" payment to ANZO, until they received my return, which was their NEW LEFT side and my bad right side.
Just like the 1st replacement unit, on the passenger side, the low beam on my NOW THIRD passenger side assembly has begun to flicker. So yes... I've gone through THREE assemblies on the passenger side. Ironically, the driver's side has NOT had an issue!
THE GOOD NEWS IS, I believe I have determined what the cause is!
The unit functioned properly until I drove through an automatic car wash!!! I believe that the assemblies are NOT being properly sealed during production and subsequently moisture is entering the housing and causing havoc with the electronics!
I am requesting a refund of the $625 purchase price to my PayPal account.
