My experience was exactly what you want....

Thistle reached out after my enquiry and arrived when they said they would, then provided my combi boiler replacement options. My decision was made from the provided quotes. I was then given an installation date which suited us perfectly.
The installation engineer was welcoming and professional. Left the working space clean and tidy.

Job complete, payment made. Straight forward.

More importantly... I'll be more than happy to use Thistle Boilers again.

Everything about our experience with

The initial quote was spot on in terms of what was required and price. Installation was completed very soon after km the agreed date and completed by the afternoon, with a new thermostat fitted as well. No mess left behind.

Gary replied to my initial query in very quick time, arranged a home visit and arranged installation of my new boiler inside 1 week. Installer (can’t remember name sorry) was professional throughout and talked through the new boiler controls. Gary also attended during installation to ensure all was going well and called the following day to ensure I was happy with everything. Very nice touch. Would highly recommend. Cheers

Great service from Thistle Boilers!

Enquired online for a quote for a new boiler and Gary got back to me right away asking if he could come and look at our current one so he could price it - a few hours later he was here and done some rough figures for us to think about and he then emailed over 3 quotes for several boilers to choose from.

3 days later, his installer Eamonn was here and fitted our new boiler in an afternoon, once done he cleared up and took away the old boiler with him but not before showing me how the new wireless thermostat worked and how to top the boiler up if it ever needs doing etc.

Also to top it off. Gary’s quote included 2 years free servicing so least the cost for these is taken care off for the next 2 services.

Guys arrived on time which is always a good start.boiler was fitted with no dramas what so ever.very professional fitters kept us updated all thru the day and gave us a very detailed how to work boiler and controller at end of job.everything was tidied and put back to normal,carpets garage etc.outstanding work,attitude and professionalism.would highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

After being given a really good quote for my new boiler Gary arranged for it to be fitted on a Saturday. David the engineer arrived on time and introduced himself. I found David very neat and tidy and very efficient. Once he was finished he talked me through the controls and what I needed to know. On leaving David took everything away with him and informed me to call if any issues.
It was a stress free experience from Thistle Boilers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler and fantastic service.

I contacted Thistle boilers after I saw the great reviews on trust pilot.
Gary came out to my home and I informed him that my boiler is 16 years old which is not giving out hardly any heat to the radiators.
Gary informed me what work will be carried and the length of time the engineer will need to complete the work.
When the engineer arrived on date and time specified he pointed out after approximately 1 hour into the job that one of the gas pipes diameter was a few millimeters too thin for the job. Therfore this was replaced at no extra cost to me which I was really happy about. The work that was carried out was exceptional and I now have really good heat going through all of my radiators.
I would highly recommend Thistle boilers as they are very professional in what they and go that extra mile for their customer.

Gary popped out to give me a quote for a new boiler after mine was just past its best and there was no point throwing any more money at it. He was out on the Tuesday and it was booked in to get the new boiler fitted the week later. JD was our boiler fitter. He was a lovely guy, very tidy, kept us updated on what was going through out the day and he went through the instructions when he was finished on how to use it. Would highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

This company is professional and highly skilled at what they do which made my experience as a customer seamless and stress free. Communication at the home visit and throughout was excellent. I was given a quote which was explained clearly and discussed in detail with Gary. The boiler was fitted 3 days later. The whole job was completed in one day. Workmanship by Eamonn is impeccable. All debris taken away and area left immaculate. They also give 2 services free and even register the guarantee. The service they provide is exceptional and they should be 5/5 on Trustpilot. The guys from Thistle Boilers have been excellent with our emergency boiler fitting. Eamonn was punctual and friendly. Nothing was a problem & he was here straight away when we had a wee teething problem. Can't recommend Thistle Boilers highly enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Thistle Boilers, i was in need of a new boiler urgently due to old one packing in, as you know it’s a minefield when you need a new boiler who to trust who gives you best service and after support, Thistle Boilers absolutely nailed it, same day quote in person, bet previous quote from another company, most of all the communication from day one was excellent said and did what they promised from start to finish, So can’t recommend highly enough, Thanks to Gary & Eamon who installed the the boiler, Eamon was brilliant respected the property and explained everything,

Had no heating for over a week across Xmas and new year due to an issue with our old boiler. After filling out an online form I received a phone call to find out more and after being let down with another company and waiting a week Thistle came to the rescue and were out the very next to get our boiler fitted.
