My issue is with Wowcher not with the Voucher for the Euro Tickets
My issue isn't with the voucher or this company, they get 5 stars. my issue is with the claiming of my 10% credit from my Wallet credit... which didn't happen as you removed £19.98 from my bank account. Do I have to claim my 10% credit back ?? Thanking you in anticipation...

hate ordering from these guys they are absolute fraudsters. They add credit to your account which you cant use, you cant speak to anyone, the credits never work, it is so expensive and they charge an admin fee at the end for the awful experience. Absolute fraudsters. Hate this company and Wowcher. groupon is the best I love using them.

It was easy to book and redeem vouchers. There were allot of available dates and I was able to get one that suited and the stay was a very reasonable price

Absolute Gangsters.
Got a voucher for a gift for a stay away worth £200 or an alternative deal. Basically deal got for dates don’t suit so happy to go with alternative offer.. this is where the whole experience goes down hill..
I tried to redeem but it wouldn’t work. Several emails and messages through WhatsApp. With zero help.
Asked for a number to call and even supplied mine. Nothing. Only response I got was they can give me 50% credit for voucher that was given to me as a gift!!
Now I have a voucher worth £200 that a friend kindly gave me worth Nothing!
Scammers who hide behind emails and messages.
It’s actual theft. Avoid at all costs
The fact I can’t even speak to an actual human being is a disgrace.
