A little disconcerting having to redeem code before purchase is finalised- not a usual feature on these types of discount websites / apps - but all seems to have worked out!
Looking forward to receiving my purchase of ear pods within a few weeks

I received no product and no reply to emails. The only time i was contacted was when I applied for and received my refund from Paypal. They then tried to convince mae and Paypal that I received the order. Paypal did not beleive them.

I had bought a weekend stay in a hotel, the offer was great.

NEVER use this company again. I bought a voucher for birthday present in March. Then went to use voucher last week and said it had expired. So with Wowcher you can not speak to human and I have been told now that the voucher has expired 5 weeks ago which is the day I bought the voucher. So I have been scammed out of my money. And Iv now lost out and they are blaming the dealer for issuing out of date voucher. Yet it was bought on Wowcher site. Wowcher voucher and my bank payment says Wowcher. The dealer hasn’t got my money Wowcher has. This is distressing and disgusting treatment . Pls pls stay away from Wowcher

We got a great deal in a nice hotel in Donegal. It was simple to book

Terrible holiday company they phone you up make you pay more money in a different hotel advertised then we ring them 2 days later they offer us the same hotel as advertise for more money .and wowcher are useless just want your money and dont help when it goes wrong.i wont be using wowcher anymore.jason

Shocking customer care!! I have an order that wasn’t delivered and have now been advised by the seller that it cannot deliver to Ireland! I have emailed, WhatsApped telephoned and no response!! Impossible to get refund sorted as no way of communicating with them!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Never use this company again
Overcharged me for a deal
Cannot speak to anyone and only use what’s app where a different person responds every time with stupid questions hoping you go away
Also took two payments where took ages to get it refunded 😩😩

Absolutely appalling!!! I brought a voucher from them for a Mother’s Day gift. My mum has gone to redeem the voucher, only to find out the merchant they have sold it for has closed down! I messaged them on WhatsApp, at first they were replying, advised they have contacted the merchant for a refund but I advised them that the merchant is closed, so they’re not going to respond! Wowcher advised we have to wait 72 hours for a response before they could do anything else. Now it has been more than 72 hours, guess what… no response from the merchant… obviously!!!! I have messaged Wowcher over and over again but now no one is replying to me!!!!!

I would like me refund please as you have sold me a voucher to a merchant that is no longer open and has shut down. We can’t use it!!!!

So easy to buy what i was looking for, and at a unreal price.
