Thought this was a UK based company I was purchasing from. Quality was poor and jumper did not look anything like the picture. Sizing was also not correct. Requested a return and several emails later I finally got a response stating I would need to return the jumper to China and incur the postage. Offered a 20% refund to keep. Very poor customer experience.

As with everyone else I wish I had read the reviews before being ripped off. My order has just arrived (eventually)and surprise surprise its utter tat. Emails undeliverable.

Like everyone else said, should be zero stars. Utter shit product then no support for refunding

I should have read the reviews first.
I thought I was really buying from UK run business.
I noticed something was not right when the tracking started showing Yunan China post….
It stopped updating for few weeks, so I have emailed them asking for progress, got an undeliverable notification back … what a surprise eh ?
I got in touch with my bank to say I was scammed, they returned my money for now.
Few weeks passes and I get a notification that my parcel is with Evri, it finally arrives, I open it and instead of laundry basket, i find loads of bubble wrap and inside it 5 screws …… you couldnt make it up truly.

Zero stars more appropriate. I’m in the UK, thought company was based here, but it’s not. Asked for a refund - I have to send the laundry basket to China! What a disgrace. They offered me 15%, then 20%, then finally 40% to keep the item. Please don’t be fooled by this company as I was.

This ought to be no stars. Pretending to be a UK family firm and are actually based in China. Don't buy, I tried to cancel order and told it's not possible. It has been showing as waiting for courier pick up for a long time. I have reported to credit card company and they have put payment on hold. I will also report to Trading Standards as fraud. Facebook ad not removed

Awful. Took a long time to arrive. Quality shocking. Was supposed to be £52 in the sale. Complete rip off. Not nice amd could shoot peas throught it. I wouldnt pay £5 for it. Now trying to return but not holding up much hope.

I ordered an embroidered basket, what arrived was a bag thing made out of a 70s bed spread. Not a single bit of embroidery or hand stitched daisy’s anywhere. Now fighting to get my money back. Raised a dispute through the bank so fingers crossed I won’t be out of pocket on such trash. Definitely avoid this company.

I saw a dress for a wedding. Read the material details, the overview etc. The image showing a family boutique is fake! The company is ridiculous and dress I received is cheap rubbish. They offered another dress that will be better quality as the one I received had “ slipped through the net of poor quality” nothing arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased 2 bags described as quilted tote bags.
The quality of the items are extremely poor and are no way quilted.
The description is clearly false.
Do not use this company.

The worst clothing it’s cheap and nothing like the picture badly made. Getting a refund is impossible and it’s not cheap. Do not buy from this company they should be struck off websites

As the other reviews have reported do not purchase from this company you’re wasting your money. Sweatshirt arrived cheap quality not as advertised on social media in fact it’s completely unwearable. Didn’t waste my time trying to get a refund putting this one down to a lesson learnt will do a deeper dive of companies reviews b4 I purchase again!

Took 3 weeks to arrive, the worst quality clothing ever experienced. I have been chasing for returns info and still haven’t had a response. The packaging was originally from china and then re-shipped in the uk. No phone number for returns or queries. Complete waste of time and money. Morning like the photos, the whole website is a front.

This company is a scam, run out of China, the garments are badly made, wrong sizing and cheap material, 3 week delivery. Do not be taken in by the UK outlet advert a complete front. Returns are back to China at huge postage.

Honestly this company does not deserve a review, this is a warning to all customers buying from this site.
They are lulling you into a false sense of quality, by advertising on social media, and website that the company is personal, using sisters names, when the products actually come from overseas.
Mine arrived today, it took a month, is the poorest quality ever, and totally unwearable.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, you will be wasting your money.
