Only gets one star because I cannot leave zero stars, Steer clear. A Chinese company parading as if in Melbourne, Quality worse that terrible, nothing like advertised, Cheap and nasty and IMPOSSIBLE to get refund, Should be banned

I sincerely regret not checking reviews. $140 down. Same response as other reviews. Very poor responses from them. I had decided to return tops to China but a telephone number is required!! Again, no response via email. I have decided to accept their 30% offer but will not be holding my breath for that either. NEVER AGAIN LEOAMELIA!

Again , pity I didn’t read the reviews!! Over $100 wasted. $$ product is very poorly made and op shop will probably sell, if they are lucky for $2. I contacted them by email offered 20% refund, then after rejecting that 30% refund. I was then told a full refund if I sent it to China. I certainly have my doubts about that happening!!
They show Melbourne shop in advertising, the sender on the parcel is Chuloura NSW yet they want it sent to China??? I asked them why and they conveniently ignored my question.
Definitely a scam, please don’t buy from these people.

I agree with other reviewers. Product is nothing like shown on the website. Dreadful quality and horrible synthetic fabric. The money back guarantee is total nonsense, they will not refund your money. I'll take mine to op shop but doubt anyone will want them. Don't waste your money.

Clothing is not as shown or described. If you want a refund they tell you that you need to post to China. I have lodged a complaint with ACCC. Everyone needs to lodge with ACCC - they will shut them down from selling in Australia.

An absolute scam donot order from these money grabbing scum I wish I looked into it further. You can’t return anything as it says on website they won’t respond back to your emails. I will try my hardest to shut them down it’s so wrong.

I regret not looking into this company. What I saw online and bought, was not even close. The quality is WORSE than the typical Chinese cheap online shopping.
And to get it returned and refunded is a 2 week back and forward, and eventually you must ship it back to China, even though their store is in Melbourne. I don't trust them to ship it back, at my cost, as I don't think I will get my refund.
You will regret your purchase.. don't buy from them. If I could upload photos I have of quality, I would...

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from Leo Amelia - false advertising - material inferior, stitching horrible (white thread on all colours), misfitting and no shape to the outfits (all look sack like). I have requested for a return label but getting emails with other offers. I just don't want their rotten items. Never again am I buying any from any advertisement I see on FB. There should be a law banning these types of companies for tricking people. I am so upset for buying from this company.

The outfit I received is poorly made. Looks nothing like the advertised garment. The neckline on the dress is so low and wide it’s not wearable.

The clothes are disgusting do not look like they are on the website and will not answer emails on refunds

Shoes l ordered which took ages to arrive came today, they looked nothing like the shoes l ordered off the website, they were damaged and marked, basically cheap crap, stay away from this website.. waste of money.

This company poses as a boutique store in Melbourne Australia, but the products I bought (a top and a dress) were definitely not as advertised , very poor quality and arriving from China. The size guide on the website was incorrect, and so even if I did want to walk around wearing flammable, unbreathable polyester, I couldn't because the clothes were too small.

Navigating the returns policy has been a nightmare. I was constantly told to keep the clothes and with every email they upped the voucher they were prepared to give me so I could buy more clothes from their store, while I'm still left with clothes I can't wear, and out of pocket. They keep these emails going until the return policy dates expire, but still no information about how to return items. So a big no from me.
