In the end I decided you had solved my annual Christmas present struggle: this year everybody gets windchimes, and I made sure they differ and contrast so they can circulate around the family. Good selection of chimes, and ordering process was quick and easy - the only slight issue we had was that the chimes took over a week to arrive.

I ordered Xmas gifts for my brother who lives in North Yorkshire from the Wind chime shop. I live in B.C. Canada.This is the second time I have done this & both times I have had excellent service & the goods have been in great condition & delivered on time for Xmas. The prices too have been very fair.

The company were very quick to ship my order, packaging of the glass itself was secure. The sun catcher is stunning and will be very much loved for a gift.

Only thing to comment on is that there was no confirmation email to say order received ok. Otherwise all fantastic.

Excellent. This shop sells wonderful windchimes that have a very beautiful sound and thank God they ship internationally. I bought the Corinthian Bells windchimes and they have exceprionally beautiful sound. Compared to other windchimes, that have no brand name, this sound is incerdibly beautiful, soothing and calming. Such beautiful and gentle tones. The quality is excellent. It´s worth every penny. I already bought one of these wind chimes years ago, when I lived in USA and brought it to Europe. It´s been hanging in our garden for over 9 years and there is no wear and tear to it, it still looks like new. The quality is excellent and the sound is exceptionally beautiful. So I bought these same windchimes as a Christmass gift and I am glad it´s available in Europe. Thank you for a smooth and quick international transaction :)

Arrived undamaged despite simple brown paper around original box. It may benefit from some extra packaging.

The lack of a tracking reference caused problems.
Without one I could not tell when it would be out for delivery and could not make arrangements with Royal Mail for an agreed delivery slot.
Due to a hospital appointment I missed the deliver.
A tracking service would have prevented this.
I checked Royal Mail Track and Trace and there most definitely is an option to reschedule a delivery when tracking is used. If anything, 3 stars is overrated in view of your misinformation.
