Course was overpriced @ £98.20, considering I did it via zoom, it was also too long & unnecessary, as I did 24 mph in 20mph zone and all for 70 yards

I arrived at the course , Salisbury, with a great sense of injustice delivered me by Avon & Sometset council !
I left the course having been reassured of my knowledge and experience as a retired road safety proffesional,having gained a greater understanding of the subject as presented and discussed in a respectfull manner without any sense of being judged.
I thank the presenters for delivering a worthwhile experience i will carry forwards.

It was very relaxed, non judgemental and interesting. Good to recap on road safety and pick up some tips for sticking to the speed limit. Our educator was friendly and enthusiastic

I refreshed my previous knowledge. I learned a few interesting pieces of information. Such courses are necessary.

I wasn’t keen on the fact that you had to make notes for everything and show it to the trainer in the camera, everyone every single time.. If you had difficulty writing, then that would be very stressful and inappropriate. Everyone had to say what they thought about everything so it took absolutely ages.. the whole thing took four hours. There was some statistics that I just didn’t believe. Around the cost of collisions per year; I’m a scientist so I don’t like statistics that are not correct. 43 billion does not feel like a believable figure and I would like to have that verified . When the cost of the whole Nhs is only 50 billion a year.

But on the upside there was some good information and good videos., The whole thing could be a lot quicker and more concise in my opinion.

I felt nervous prior to the course but the two tutors (? Sharon and Nicola) were great. They were very professional and friendly; presenting the course in an informal manner and quickly ensuring that all the participants were fully involved. The course was very informative and the tutors kept reinforcing certain pieces of information without seeming repetitive. I certainly learned a lot and actually enjoyed the experience.
The venue, Cedar Court, was also ideal: easy to access, free parking and even provided refreshments (which was unexpected and much appreciated.

Firstly the content was appropriate and relevant. Recent changes to the law were a bit of a surprise. It made me think l should have done this speed awareness course a few years ago! And that perhaps everyone should do it every 10 years or so. If one did it could lower their insurance premium?
The technology worked well. The pace was about right and the trainer engaged everyone equally. Thank you!

For a course no-one really wants to attend, it was actually rather enjoyable!Thank you to Stuart K for being such a personable tutor and for delivering such a good, informative speed awareness course, which really did provide some food for thought and useful tips.

Really useful course for updating my driving skills and knowledge. Good conversation between the instructor and other participants.

Very calm tutor with abundance of knowledge. Her interaction with those on course was excellent. She actually made the course go so quickly because she got to the point double checked we understood and moved on . Didn’t feel I was talked at more suggesting how to be more observant for the future.

The course was very informative, easy to follow and made very engaging and interesting by the personality of the lady that led the course.

Very well organised. Both the instructors were extremely pleasant and professional. The course was very interesting with various video clips and graphics. We were all made aware of the terrible consequences of speeding and the terrible outcomes that can come from this. It educates you to be a better and safer driver. Would highly recommend.

The whole day was a lot more chilled and supportive than i anticipated, the trainer and instructors were there to answer any questions and support you in making the right decisions in driving in the future. Bex delivered the course brilliantly and I have come away feeling like I’ve really learnt something today that I can implement in my driving in the future.

An excellent speed awareness course delivered by TTC. Lesley was just fantastic. A very skilled balance of the importance of speed awareness and the realities of 21st century living. I learned a lot and it will stay with me. Thanks once again Lesley, time well spent..
