The course was a great way to refresh my road knowledge and Kev did an excellent job delivering it in an engaging and well paced manner. However, given the current climate I do feel the cost is quite high £60 + your time, would have been a sensible amount hence my rating.

Course tutor was keen and enthusiastic and approachable to ask questions. I learnt far more than I thought I was going to after a number of years of driving and continue to utilise all that I learnt. Many thanks.

The trainers were good. The overall experience was spoilt by the trainer having a poor internet connection which caused a delay in start due to the need to transfer to an alternative trainer.

I think it's a good idea indeed to educate sometimes instead of punishing.This is certainly a very good example,the chance to learn and refresh . Instead of recieving 3 penaltie points gets a 👍from me

Had a course with a women who was extremely rude and patronising . Horrible little thing. Then tells us she has a bad back so will be on a treadmill during the course while dictating to people what they should and shouldn't do during the course. Unprofessional and discusting

The trainer, Kev was very knowledgeable and drew our attention to things we had forgotten or didn't know. He was also very friendly and put us at ease straight away. The course was very interactive and Kev was great at getting us to participate at the correct points.

The course was well structured and informative, with clear explanations, video scenarios and useful tips. The trainer was good humoured, empathetic, patient and made sure all participants were included. However he delivered very fast, which sometimes made it difficult to keep up and absorb all the information. Due to my hearing loss it was helpful to be able to use the Zoom captions on screen, which although not perfect were sufficiently accurate to follow. The course itself was excellent and should be made available to all drivers, not just those who have been caught speeding.

Perhaps these should be made mandatory for all drivers through the course of holding a licence and driving, it will certainly reduce the number of RTA’s and save lives!

This course and the trainer makes you aware of some things that have updated since passing test 42 years ago, and just refreshes your knowledge. They dont make you feel bad, just more aware.

Very well done from beginning to end. It was well positioned as a 'useful reminder', well organised in terms of clarity of instructions and other communications, user friendly in set up and punctuality and very well conducted by someone well experienced in driving and familiar with its temptations and dangers. I've been driving for 63 years, it was my first speeding ticket and I found it a very positive exercise.

Excellent, easy to access online course. Joining was so easy and seamless. Course content was informative and relevant and easy to digest and retain. Our trainer, Danny, was excellent. He put me at ease and was very personable and enabled me to make the most of my course.

Great course Stewart was great learnt a few things very informative

The tutors were very friendly and informative, very easy to understand found it taught me things I didn’t know as been driving for over 40yrs and lots of changes.
Came away being more aware of the dangers of speeding even a little over the speed limit.

Course was run by an excellent confident instructor who made time to address all points raised and maintained the momentum of delivering the very interesting course.

The instructor made everybody feel comfortable during the training course. He took us through different scenarios and procedures and gave up to date information that was very useful

I learned a lot of information on the course. The two gentleman were brilliant teachers, I just wish I could have asked questions if some men would have been quieter to let others get a word in. Anyway, I learned so much more about road speeds on all different types of roads. Thankyou.
