Seem like good quality but there are some issues

Seem like good quality products but my crib came with wrong hardware so we had to go buy our own and the dresser has a drawer that wasn’t assembled correctly so it doesn’t close properly so it has knicks in the side drawer from that

I have looked into the sequence of events for your June 4th order per your request and it looks like when the order was placed the wrong shipping address was provided.

I see that one of our customer service agents worked with you via email to get the correct address and have your order reshipped for you. Unfortunately, we discovered that one of the items you ordered was out of stock and could not be reshipped. When our agent informed you of this you let us know you no longer wanted your order and requested cancellation. Your order was then canceled and refunded in full.

Great Products + Amazing Service

While the original order arrived damaged, The Tot worked quickly to send a replacement at no extra cost. The new piece arrived in better condition and I much appreciated the speedy, hassle-free solution.

I bought some furniture for my baby…

I bought some furniture for my baby room and the crib came in with a different color it shows at the pictures is white and they didn’t write the color on the details so I thought is white as the pictures and it’s came in a Beige color! And I bought the furniture with out any sell and it’s was same price in a different stores and they refused to return the crib because they said it was in a final sell!!!! I never will buy from them again.

We are very happy...

We are very happy with the tent! It is made of very thick material, so I think it will hold up well. It was beyond easy to assemble, but seems to be sturdy enough to stay up in my kid's room.

My friends have given me a present card…

My friends have given me a present card for my daughter since last year. I can’t use the birthday card for shipments outside US . I have contacted the customer service and I haven’t had a feed back for months. Very bad customer service.

Buyers Beware!!

I bought a boys monogrammed outfit as a gift.. they sent a girls outfit instead.. after numerous voicemails explaining what happened .. they never called me back.. they sent an email after a month and said they would replace it with the original boys outfit..then they sent the wrong outfit again!! My nephew who I sent it to now has 2 girls outfits with his sons name monogrammed on it!!! The only way of contacting them is through email and you have to wait days for a response.. Terrible customer service.. irresponsible website .. buyers beware!!!

Good Quality but Multiple Shipping Delays for Furniture

I love the two items I e received in the mail - good quality. However, I am still waiting on the third item - there have been four shipping delays. I should receive it next week but it is running two months behind. Additionally, I was charged for all three items, including the third one still in transit, immediately. When it comes to larger items like furniture, I believe I should not be charged until the item ships.

ZERO Customer Service

I've sent emails asking why my loyalty points only show purchases made in 2018 when I buy regularly from you guys (well, used to) and never received a response. The last few gifts I ordered from you I picked a few items that shipped separately, and extremely late (one was over 1 month late with no warning. I had to follow up TWICE to get a response a month later!). I also sent a message on the website to the Personal Gift Shopper once and never received a response. I was loyal customer when you had your location at HP Village, but since it closed, your customer service has been terrible. I hate to say this, but lately I have chosen to purchase from other stores.

In order for loyalty points to be applied to your account you must be signed in to your account when you make your purchase. However, if you were signed in and your points were still not applied that is certainly something we would want to look into and rectify for you.

We are so sorry to hear your Personal Shopper email was never responded to. We work hard to respond to all Personal Shopper emails and phone calls in the order they are received and we apologize if yours was missed or not answered in a timely manner. Shipping was a big issue and took about…

Shipping was a big issue and took about 3 months when with delays it was said to take 1 month. The product is nice but not very sturdy.

New favorite kids site

My first order was very easy and fast. I had seen the same item on another site (crate and barrel I think) but it was cheaper and in stock when I used The Tot. I will definitely be looking here first in the future and I loved a lot of the other items I saw too.
