Jean was extremely helpful and even helped us book our stay after he was supposed to get off. He looked thru the available properties and found houses that were close in proximity to accommodate my families need for two houses.

The people were friendly and helpful. Contract is boilerplate and does not have any specific information. Payment system for large sums requires telephone assistance. Multiple calls over 2 days were required toget a person to help.

Email sent was for the wrong villa.
The cost of the villa was reasonable; however, the cost for services rendered is rather exorbitant.
The absence of refund availability that requires an addition cost for insurance coverage just in case it is needed, was too much.
My first and more likely than not my last visit to topvillas.

Furthermore, many of our homes do offer flexible cancellation policies, and we make sure to highlight this on our website. For those that don’t, we strongly recommend travel insurance as a standard procedure. We hope you can appreciate that these measures are in place with your best interests in mind.

After I booked a villa I was told…
After I booked a villa I was told owners required a 2 night minimum when that wasn’t required initially. No discount offered for trying to require me to book another night. It’s unprofessional and the fault of your company. I’m waiting on a refund of my deposit. I was able to book same villa through VRBO with no problems for 1 night.
