Despite a delay in receiving the order, I was informed of the delay and once the goods were shipped they were received in a timely fashion.

I ordered the items on 29th April, received an email on the 4th May explaining there was a delay, it's now the 10th May, still haven't received the goods.

These guys are great to deal with and have an extremely 'user-friendly' website for placing orders. We've had 3 experiences so far and each time they include a 'freebie' product to try out. A great marketing strategy from what seems like decades ago but still works ;-). Quick responses and delivery is really prompt as well. A win-win all round. Cheers, Andrew& Jacqui

Every thing is very good, only problem is the Tracking number provided gave no way of knowing how to look this up.
The email from Thetford said use the link below, tracking number was provided but "NO LINK"

Unfortunately I defaulted to purchasing directly through the supplier, as I was to be informed the exact same product was significantly cheaper through suppliers...
Thetford was then extremely difficult to contact via phone & email.
On a positive, the product was delivered within a few days.

Thetford service good. Unfortunately auspost has once again failed. Delivery has been delayed for the last 4 days with no idea of when purchase will arrive. Ordered 8/4 now 18/4

I purchased 1 and got 1 free. This is a great product, we use in the van all the time. Highly recommend thetford products. Will be buying more as needed. Thankyou Thetford for really good products that are easy to use.

First thing I noticed was that it worked for me not like other brands. I have been using Thetford now for 12 months all products are very easy to use. I would recommend using Thetford for all, price wise very efficient compared to other brands.
