Very disappointed. Bought this product after checking on this site, seemed like there were a number of positive reviews. I didn't find the Try Soothie page until after I had made the purchase, they seem to have just created another Trust Pilot entry to continue to fool people. The mouth piece might have worked but I was unable to wear it 2 nights in a row due to the discomfort it would cause after taking it out in the morning. It seems to keep your jaw out by putting pressure on your bottom teeth, so when you wake up and take it out I feels like your teeth have moved and it takes a few hours for that sensation to go away. And when I contacted them to see if I could change it to the other sized piece I found out their 30 money back guarantee is a scam as it was voided as soon as I took it out of the packaging and put it in my mouth, ridiculous way to operate an online business. Go elsewhere!!

I dont normally fall for scams but this was a particularly good one hence me writing my very first product review. Brilliant advertising, abismal product. Half price at £30 and free delivery by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Don't be fooled, this product comes from China, you will get a "Dispatched" email the next day but Royal Mail will not recieve it for another week and a a half. Upon emailing the company when your product fails to arrive in the time stated, they will give you an apologetic reply saying delays can happen and sometimes Royal Mail don't update their tracking information, but don't be fooled, Royal Mail have been delivering items for decades and do actually provide a good reliable service, which is more than can be said for The Soothie. They will probably reply to this review where they will more than likely say something along the lines of, 'they are sorry it didn't meet my expectations and please contact our customer service department', and then ask me to cover the costs for postage back to China.

Upon trying the flimsy little bit of gum shaped rubber it did nothing for my snoring or keeping my airway clear, all it did was make me dribble. A lot.

Honestly, don't waste your time with this company or its product.

Quick tip, if you look carefully on Amazon and scroll down the results for a while, you can find THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT for £2.99, funnily enough that's from China too.

Another quick tip, if you read the trust pilot reviews you'll find them very repetitive, obviously all fake.

SO there you have it, do yourself a favour and AVOID. False advertising at its best (Im sure there used to be laws against it). I will try to recuperate costs through the relevant legal channels but don't hold much hope.

The 30 day "guarantee" is meaningless. Don't be misled by marketing on social media.

According to the customer service team, this only covers "damaged or broken products or products that do not match the advertised description". In other words, your standard consumer rights...except they seem to be trying to limit those to a 30 day period too.

As for the product, it didn't work, was incredibly uncomfortable, hard and exacerbated the issue it was meant to help with.

Do not entertain the thought of purchasing from this company.

I was eventually offered a 20% refund and then a 70% refund. I have declined both and am pursuing a full refund through my card company.

Terrible device and the 30 day guarantee does not apply!!! Zero Star.

I was looking forward to receive this device after reading good reviews about it online. When i received my package I tried the mouthpiece and it was very loose in my mouth, it did not adjust like they said it would. I followed all the instructions I was given and with no luck. The material is cheap and the customer service I received was poor as I was not able to return the device back due to infection control. I have lost my money and the 30 day guarantee policy is a shambles.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!

I’ve just spent 180 quid on a custom made mouthpiece. It’s good but The Soothie is even better, at 1/4 of the cost, and with less hassle. Kicking myself.

why are all the five star reviews done by users that only have had one review on this site while all the two and one star reviews are done by people who have done multiple reviews on the site?.

Ordered and received after 6 days, absolute waste of money wife said at midnight last night that I was still as loud as ever! Don't waste your money folks!

Although it is soft it still irritated gums so spat out after 15mins. Just thrown money down the drain. Not worth the price, just shows the cost of good advertising

Piece of rubbish plastic. Uncomfortable, doesn't work, it's a well-presented scam. You have to send it back to China, so no chance of a refund. Wish I'd read the proper reviews. The reviews on this thread are mostly 1 review bots. On the other thread, every review is one star, from real people

Terrible quality, cheap snore guard.

The Soothie claim to be London based company and state on the packaging that their snore guard is made in the UK.

But if you try to return it (even unopened), you will be given an address in China and told to cover the return cost.

Also, check out all the good reviews, they're all from "reviewers" who have only ever posted one review...

I ordered one piece, and it hasn't arrived yet, in the page it says is made in UK, however it is being sent from China, I'm already having a bad feeling about this...

I will update my review when i receive the product...

Update: After 2 weeks, i finally received the product. It comes inside a 'The Soothie' box and with a hard plastic cover for the mouthpiece. Not so bad.

Update: This doesnt work, i woke up with pain in my jaw and teeth, and with the usual snoring (recorded)

I will give it a 1, due to the misleading fake reviews, and because it is not possible to return it.

I was honestly skeptical because I've been let down by other products, but The Soothie proved me wrong. My sleep is peaceful, my jaw doesn't hurt in the morning, and my wife finally gets a good night's rest! Oh, and did I mention it arrived faster than I expected? Definitely recommending this to my friends.

The Soothie is the first mouthpiece I've used that doesn't hurt my jaw or disrupt my sleep. My partner noticed the difference immediately, and she's happier now that we both sleep peacefully. Super quick delivery and friendly customer support, too. Can't ask for more!

I've tried so many other mouthpieces that either didn't work or game me serious ja pain. But The soothie is on a whole different level! Super comfortable, and the best part--my partner says I don't snore anymore. Bonus points for the lightning-fast delivery and A+ customer service. You guys rock!

I was going to buy one, but you can see how so many of these reviews seem fake / ads. For example, Archie Wilson and Bhaltair F wrote the same thing verbatim. Most of these reviews are by single-review reviewers taking place on the same few days. I don't like getting lied to. Won't purchase.

The piece makes my gag reflex activate and the advice from customer service is to continue use it until it does not. No refund when asked for.
Beware if you do not want to gag.
If I would have known of this risk I would have skipped this bad product.

Do not buy!

Looks like a great product but very slow and delivering ordered 8th August still has not arrived so I’m annoyed by this a bit

ordered but didnt arrive. They emailed me to order again because of something technical happened. It was already deducted on my account when i first prdered from them. Totally ripped off company.

Scam. It doesn’t work and they won’t refund. Wish I’d read reviews before buying…

The product didn't work for me. It took far longer than expected to arrive considering it claims to be made in the UK and had an international shipping label but no origin information.
I tried using it on several occasions over the past 4 weeks but basically it caused me to salivate all over my pillow and actually made breathing harder. It certainly didn't stop the snoring.
Its uncomfortable and I even tried wearing it during the day to see if I could get used to it but it didn't make it any easier to use at night.
The 30 day guarantee is rather misleading as it states 'Order the Soothie without any risk using our 30-day guarantee.' but then states 'If, when the Soothie first arrives it doesn't meet your expectations, just contact us.' This provides no opportunity to try the mouthpiece and the company will only accept returns if the item is unused and has been damaged in some way during shipping. Where exactly the 'without any risk' comes in I have no idea.
There claims to be 8,000+ 5-Star reviews but the few 5-star reviews on Trustpilot have remarkably similar wording. The 22 reviews on Trustpilot (at the time of writing) falls well short of the suggested 8,000.
A real disappointment unfortunately.
