Brought the device like many others because they had a 30 day guarantee, however after a number of emails clear they’re not likely to provide any refund even though the device doesn’t work as they say. I wouldn’t go near this company as clearly just wanting to scam people out of money

As per a number of other reviews, their 30 day money-back guarantee is a scam and they have no intention of honouring it quoting their refund policy which directly contradicts their heavily advertised guarantee! Avoid this product and company.

Do not buy this. They are terribly uncomfortable and even though the website mentions a 30 day guarantee they will not honor it citing their return policy which conflicts with their 30 day guarantee.

Total scam. Doesn't fit. When I asked for my money back I was told "we do not offer refunds based on personal belief that the product didn’t work as expected, as results can vary." Avoid!

It's a scam. Have used multiple snoring devices over the years, and this one does not work. The fit is terrible and does not position your jaw appropriately. The web site is full of fake advertising and fake reviews. They won't provide a refund if used.

Complete rip-off. Don't waste your money, don't buy.

Tried regular use to get used to it but found it was doing more damage than good. I was waking up with a very sore jaw and sore neck. This was getting worse the more I used it.
Ask for a refund with the 30 day guarantee but just got a reply with a link to their ebook on how to use it.

Wouldn’t recommend buying this product

When the product arrived, it says you can't use it ifyou have asthma, sleep apnoea or a jaw disorder. I have 2 out of 3. I doubled checked the website and there is no mention of that so I contacted the company asking for a refund.

When the package is sent, it has an address in England as a return address, however the company tell you that you can only return to China and that the package may takes weeks to get there and may get lost. I was curious so went to Google Maps. The address in England is a street with no buildings and the address in China does not exist.

Several emails back and forward and they offered me 50% refund with no need to return (they had offered me less and increased percentage on every email).

I agreed to accept that but told them I would be writing an honest review.

Please do NOT order from this company. They're sending a cheap product that a lot of people are unable to use and will not accept a return or give a full refund.

Unfortunately this did not work for me at all and actually caused jaw discomfort. It is severely overpriced for what it is and has a very strict refund policy that is essentially useless if the mouthpiece is used even once. I cannot recommend this for anyone. Mine will sadly become landfill.

It’s a total scam.

The mouth piece is a total joke. It’s just a piece of flimsy rubber. Company is in China and do not accept returns.

Pull my teeth to the front , very uncomfortable. Cannot use it. I tried it 4 night , and wake up with massive jaw and teeth pain.

Terrible Product – Not Fit for Purpose

I purchased the anti-snore mouth guard from The Soothie, hoping it would help with my snoring by adjusting my lower jaw. Unfortunately, the product is completely useless. It doesn’t stay in place and just falls out of my mouth, making it impossible for it to work as advertised.

I reached out to customer service for a refund, and while they responded with some generic instructions, they did not address my issue. When I requested a refund, I was ignored completely.

This product is a total waste of money. It doesn’t work, and the customer service is just as bad. I strongly advise against buying this mouth guard. Save yourself the hassle and frustration!

Absolutely terrible product, misleading or even false advertising. There is no way that this latex mouthpiece does what it says it does in any way shape or form. The way it is made can’t hold a jaw forward, you are more likely to swallow it whilst you are asleep.

They know this which is why the refund and return policy is so difficult. Even at such a cheap price it is a rip off.

Useless - not made in U.K. as advertised, shipped from China and if you want a full refund you must return to China at your expense. I complained and they offered a partial refund without returning to China

False advertising, so buy with caution. This device simply didn’t work for me, so thinking they offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee I would be covered if that happened and asked for my money back That is not the case, so be warned if you have used the device, so essentially the guarantee is worthless. They also want you to send unused devices back to China….

it is the WORST possible experience for me.

doesn't fit well, AT ALL.my jaw is literally dislocating after my first night,hard to eat breakfast after a single night.

worst night of sleep i ever had , i'd rather die of my apnea than using it another day.

i had the worst dry mouth experience ever , and when sleeping on the side it was a waterfall of saliva.

zero change in snoring

The item is comfortable enough, however it does not stop me snoring. My wife was hopeful, however she is still pushing me in my sleep to stop snoring. Unfortunately as I've used the mouth piece I'm not able to get a refund.

As others have said, this company engages in misleading advertising. Guarantee is worthless and essentially all the company is doing is taking money for nothing. Can not believe positive reviews are made by real customers. Stay away!!
