I have been using the slimming clinic for a number of years. I never had any issue up until maybe April this year when I started to notice prescriptions taking much longer and responses extremely slow. Nevertheless, I told Slimming Clinic I would leave a review if they fulfilled my prescription and they did! took maybe 2 weeks longer than usual but the price is almost halved so I don't care. Happy to wait longer. Thanks again!

Ordered 5 weeks ago, they took the order and my money. Then they cancelled the order 2 days later but said I could still have it if I paid more or did I want to move to another product?!
Still no refund.

Buyer be aware, I placed an order in June, receive one of three pens, can't get hold of anyone either by submitting on line a appointment or by leaving numerous voice messages to arrange an appointment. It would appear they are only interested in new customers, but at your peril. I have no alternative but to seek reimbursement via my bank and I am not in receipt of the goods that I have paid for. I certainly wouldn't recommend.

This company does not exist and has never existed as a company. The company number stated on the website is registered at the same address but the name of the company is called FUNCTIONAL HEALTHCARE LIMITED started date 28 May 2025

They cancelled my order 27 days ago. They gave me options but I requested a refund. I responded on the app the same day. I’ve since sent 3 more messages and an email. Still no refund. Don’t use them. I don’t have my goods, and I don’t have my refund.

Is there a no star?

They are only focused on new patient sales. Once you're a customer, they stop responding to messages on the "portal." They take weeks to answer questions about your prescription, but take your payment without any issues, then delay fulfilment of scripts, and never get back to you. Frustrating to say the least, especially when you don't want gaps in your treatment starting and stopping for weeks.

Steal your money slimming clinic take your money don't provide you with the servo e you paid for you. Can't get a refund customer service ignore you..now waiting to get a charge back on my card as been in dispute for 7 months disgusting

Absolutely disgusting customer service.customer service is non existent and when you do get a reply every few weeks they are so robotic and unapologetic!! Do not deal with this company it should be shut down! They should not be prescribing medication at all!

Do not buy off this company and please listen to why people are giving them such poor reviews. Customer service?? What customer service? they do not respond back to you when you send a message and when you do, it’s not the response that you require it’s been three weeks and I am still waiting for my medication. I have asked many times for a full refund as they are not doing what they’re supposed to be doing by delivering my item Yet they are doing nothing about it. This is my third bad review about this company as I am still awaiting a refund you can’t even find a contact number to talk to somebody regarding the issue and they will also not provide you with a contact number. Avoid them what a joke of a company!!!!!

service is terrible! Ordered my prescription 1st week in July we are now in September and still no prescription

Every time I have contacted them it’s the same reply’s then I get told to look out for dpd tracking we are 3 months down the line still nothing

I used slimming clinic years ago service was fab but oh my never again worst ever

They are quick in taking your money but not quick enough for anything else

Do not use!!! They take your payment but do not send the product or communicate. If they do communicate they just lie and fob you off. Avoid.

This company took our money for two Mounjaro pens and did not delivery. They did not respond to emails messages or phone calls.

DO NOT USE THEM.

After two and a half months they said they would give a refund and then didn’t. We went to the Halifax Bank who very kindly returned our money within two hours! Well done Halifax

Awful company don’t use. Didn’t send my order and then have now confirmed they won’t be shipping and won’t refund and I should put a claim through my bank.

I have used this company for many years without any complaints, but recently it seemed to change overnight. My order on my June delivery was late but my July delivery was weeks late and communication was almost nonexistent to begin with, I understand they have been taken over by a new company and they are trying to resolve these issues, so when they contacted me with an update and an apology they were true to their word and me medication arrived the next day so they are going in the right direction and trying to win the trust back of the clients

Delayed order with no updates even after 3 messages left and an unanswered web chat. If there is supply delays just communicate the fact, people are understanding whereas left in the dark you get less favourable reviews…

I ordered some pills from this company and still two weeks later haven’t received them! I’ve tried getting in touch but not much luck they just keep fobbing me off with they’re on their way when clearly they’re not

Avoid this company! Absolutely disgusting. They take your money, do not update or send your order and proceed to ignore any communication. How they are able to get away with this is beyond worrying. Avoid unless you want your money stolen!
