If I could give zero, I would. I ordered my sixth or seventh pen on June 2nd, still no pen or refund. Despite numerous queries and complaints, very little response. All I have received is apologies saying that my order has been delayed due to lack of product. However, it is now November, I have threatened legal action, and low and behold another company contacts me on their behalf saying that I shall receive no product or refund, and that I have to take this up with my bank. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism. Quite frankly, it’s rude. Avoid at all costs. They owe me £214. Disgusting service.

Thieves! I ordered in August it’s now November and they still will not refund me. The amount of info they wanted was more than I could provide,(another company accepted my prescription from another provider and send out my drugs the same day) they said they’d refund me minus an admin fee - but they never have and I’ve been requesting this for 3 months. Absolute scammers do not trust!

I ordered medicine from this company almost two months ago, and I never received my order. They have not responded to any of my messages, and I have not received a refund despite multiple requests. This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels very dishonest. Please be careful and avoid ordering from them until they resolve these issues.

Scam company. took my money and never delivered. Have emailed repeatedly for more information and request my money back but just get holding emails. complaints go unanswered. They are an AVIOS partner and advertise on their website. do not be fooled, this is a SCAM

It's been 5 weeks or more and i have not recieved my order. They keep sending different emails with mis information and will not refund my money. The service used to be good before but now it has become the worst. I would not recommend them for all thw stress and inconvenience they have caused me and still they are not giving my money back. I will contact citizen advice bureau and see what my options are.

2 months now I have waited for my prescription to be dispatched… I can’t for the life of me understand why they are struggling to fulfil orders I am now taking this further as they have had my money for 2 months and I have still got no product.. not only in breach of the contract we entered when I purchased the goods but also fraudulent. I urge others to do the same.

I’d give zero if I could. Been using for years however the last year has been pretty dire. Lying and excuses for non delivery and unable to refund. Told me to claim money back from bank as new payment system had mucked up ability to purchase stock and provide refunds. It’s mid October no pen and no money!!

2 months now I have waited for my prescription to be dispatched… multiple attempts at stalling my delivery asking for repeat BP readings.. telling me delivery of stock was the next day and I am priority… telling me I can’t have my prescription until a week or so after the date I ordered it as my medication was not due to run out and now it seems out of excuses so ignoring me. I can’t for the life of me understand why they are struggling to fulfil orders as surely within the last 2 months the oceans of negative reviews have made others stay away from this company therefore causing a decline in sales? I am now taking this further as they have had my money for 2 months and I have still got no product.. not only in breach of the contract we entered when I purchased the goods but also fraudulent. I urge others to do the same.

I placed an order on Monday after receiving a message all meds in stock . They contacted me later that day and asked for a medical summary from the doctor. I went and got this on Tuesday and emailed it to them . I received notification yesterday that my order had been despatched with a tracking number and it arrived this morning. Very Happy with the prompt service and communication.

My order #37733 for Daily Weight Loss Tablets CAAS (1 Month Supply) was placed on September 19, 2025, with The Slimming Clinic, totaling £108.99. Despite initial confirmation and a subsequent email on September 30 stating the order was approved and with the pharmacy for priority shipping within 3-5 working days, the items have not arrived. It has now been almost one month, and my requests for a full refund have been met with a refusal and now complete silence. The behaviour of this company is not only unprofessional but unacceptable. I am going to report them to consumer trading standards and get my bank to charge back this transaction.

Never received order and they're refusing to refund me. AVOID.

This company went into liquidation earlier this year but the website is still up and running taking payments so avoid totally. I ordered from them and a month later my order was still under review, they wouldn’t answer emails nor can you talk on the phone anymore so I looked into it and found out the above. I contacted my bank fraud department telling them my money had been taken, I’d used my visa so my money was refunded and the bank cancelled the two future payments. Contact your banks and tell them if you’re in the same situation.

What happened to this company? They never used to be this terrible, I see now how they are getting really bad reviews. They should be reported for taking peoples money when they don’t have the stock and then taking forever to reply and only sent my order when I asked for a refund they finally managed to dispatch it!! Then, despite the very high delivery charge, they get a cheap service from DPD that doesn’t allow for you to choose a redelivery. This company should now be struck off. I am waiting since August and they don’t bother to reply to messages quickly, they eventually, after 3 failed delivery attempts, offered to send to my work address and have gone radio silence since!!

Started off great then did not get my pen i emailed several times and just got emails back stating it had been authorised then another apologising and it was at pharmacy. then the last one after nearly 4 months, an email stating they were not sending it and their finance said they were not giving my money back and for me to try to get it back by going through my bank...ps my mates were getting their pens even when they were emailing stating their was a shortage.

Slimming clinic have had my money for 7 weeks and still no refund, after accepting my order they then tried to increase the price or get me to change to another product!
Awful customer service.

I ordered in August and there was no stock. 8 weeks on and still waiting for a refund. I have emailed and been ignored. Tried phoning and I have now reported them due to them not returning money they owe me. I had ordered off them in past and had no problems. Now I am concerned I’m losing quite a lot of money as I don’t believe they will return it.

So far I've been waiting 8 weeks for my prescription. I've asked for a refund on numerous occasions to no avail. Utterly awful customer service. They hardly ever reply and when they do its a generic message. Stay away from them!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order for £164.99 and the order was never cancelled — my account clearly showed it was still “in progress.” They kept my money, failed to deliver the item, and when stock became available again, they suddenly wanted to charge me more.

So basically, they held onto my funds until they could try and squeeze extra money out of me. That’s not just bad service, it’s downright dishonest.

I would never trust this company again. If you’re thinking of ordering, beware — they do not honour their prices, they don’t communicate properly, and they treat customers with complete disregard.
