29/01/26 I paid £282 to TSC for 3 months of my slimming tablets. I know these tablets work, I’ve used TSC on and off for nearly 15 years. BUT, this time around they have been AWFUL to deal with. If only
I could go back in time to see the other Trust pilot reviews to make myself go elsewhere!!
I was told that there may be a delay due to changing pharmacies, but two weeks of no contact is ludicrous.
I have emailed 4 times, called the number about 30 times and left 2 or maybe 3 voicemails, Ihave messaged them 3+ times on the online portal, live chatted with them but just got an automated response which got me nowhere but in circles, I have messaged them on Facebook messenger about 5 times, posted a query about my meds on a post the posted on Facebook (only to then be blocked and have my comment removed), messaged them on instagram, and then posted a comment on their Instagram post, only for them to go on Instagram and delete my comment !! Ludicrous that you can’t get hold of anyone, and that they block you if you dare speak negative of the company and query something you’ve actually paid for! They won’t keep you updated and you can’t speak to a human.
Going back to February last year when I ordered from them last, they were great, and in past years, brilliant too. What’s happened in the last 12 months?? So many negative TP reviews, and now i understand why. Even the pharmacy that is named on their website said to me that they ceased trading with them in January!! Shame on you TSC! I will be doing a charge back to my card to get my £282 back! Avoid at all costs, just like they avoid customers after taking their money!!

This is an awful service. I have received inaccurate and misleading generic emails since day one.

After chasing my paid-for order continually for 6 weeks, I finally received a fabricated email last week with a tracking number claiming my order had been shipped and was ready to be delivered - the tracking number turned out to be invalid!. It’s completely dishonest.

I believe this company must be in such a chaotic state. Fewer and fewer people want anything to do with them and its not surprising considering they take your money and do not deliver... no communication and nothing but endless delays with zero results.

I believe that by consistently shifting the blame on to the pharmacy or Royal Mail for the delays, this company is banking on the idea that people will run out of time, patience and energy and just give up.

What is going on with this company?
There is no communication, they don’t answer emails or chats. Maybe we should contact Care Quality Commission to investigate what is happening behind the scenes?

I waited over 3 weeks for medication to arrive and half of my order were missing.

Absolutely useless. I ordered on the 7th Jan, had a message 2 weeks later to say there were delays, a week after this I cancelled my order and today I get a message to say it’s been shipped.
No one replies to messages or email, don’t order from here you won’t be able to benefit from the product because you can’t use them consistently

I’m still waiting on my prescription which has been almost a month

Shocking company, they seem to be scamming people. Hopefully anyone who has paid has used their credit card, the bank sorted a credit for me so I was never out of pocket.

I ordered on 30/12, payment for over £500 for 3 mths supply. Alarm bells rang when I hadn’t heard back from them in 3 days. I spoke with my friend who had sent me the link, turned out to be the wrong link! Contacted my bank after reading these horrendous reviews. The pharmacy this supplier uses are superb, based in Manchester and are very helpful. I discovered that they were waiting for my order details and allocated stock from the Slimming Clinic, however they were being blamed for the delays; how rude. I won’t name the pharmacy however you will find them named as the outsourced pharmacy in your terms and conditions. Good luck!

Shipping time is terrible, took 4 weeks for medication to be dispatched (still waiting for it to arrive). Very difficult to get a straight answer to any questions asked.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and remember reading that delivery would be within 2 working days! Ever since then it’s been the same message - a short delay at the pharmacy apparently! No pre warning before I ordered that this could happen! They’ve emailed today saying that there’s an unexpected issue at the pharmacy! ‘Unexpected’ no chance! They just wanted my money! They are now saying it will be shipped this week but from reading the other reviews I won’t hold my breath! I was also blocked on their instagram

Such a shame!! Used to be a very good company. Now every time I order I get fobbed off with the same excuses for huge delays though more than happy to take your money. Have to chase and chase and chase for products to be sent out. Not good for customer satisfaction!! Won’t be using again. Look elsewhere for what you need. Very very disappointed former customer!!!!

Scammers are more responsive and respectful towards their customers than this clinic. AVOID this place at any cost! They take your money and ignore you for a month or more with no response and make you run out of money, time and energy.

Ordered from them on the first of January and just been fobbed off time and time again now in reading the reviews it seems this is happening to everyone. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback and I have contacted the frauds team already. So bad and they carry on texting me every Monday with offers. The wedsite needs taking down it’s terrible

I paid upfront for 3 month back in May and am still waiting for my last month!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, sent numerous emails, blood presure reading, weight, thinking I am getting somewhere then nothing again!!!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Disgusting service. Quick to take payment but don’t refund. Barely respond to emails. They should be closed down. Stay away if you can. More reputable companies out there but not these.

I placed my order with them 2 weeks ago, I am soo disappointed, I should have read these reviews earlier. Its soo frustrating due to the lack of communication regarding the timescale it will take for my order to arrive
We should make other ppl aware on social media platforms. There advertising everyday on Facebook and instagram. Its not fair at all.

I placed my order in September 2025 it’s now January and have received nothing and it’s now January 2026.. I work really hard for my money and this is so frustrating.. please don’t do business with this company as a matter of fact take them to the small claims court .. Anyone else had any luck getting in touch ? I only have an email address no telephone number.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered in November and still havent received my order!! Keep saying the same reply my order has been approved!! There an absolute joke!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Waited a month for order asked for a refund just kept getting generic responses
Still waiting!! For my money which they are quick enough to take
Better sites out there to get pens more efficiently and cheaper.

I wouldn’t give this company one star.

Order placed on the 10th of November and then nearly £300 paid. Back-and-forth within for info for them..
Emails and ask them to phone me. Nothing.

As from Monday, I will go to standard trading because this is unacceptable service.
