I have been delighted by my experience of using The Ramp Factory. First their website is clear and easy to use so I was quickly able to work out what we needed in our church and assess the various options they had on offer. Their prices are very good and competitive and the free shipping was nice. The ability to have it VAT free, as we are a registered charity, was also a bonus. Communication with the company was very good and the ramp arrived earlier than expected (but with good warning). The ramp itself is good quality and robust. It is lighter than expected and the ergonomic design enables it be installed and recovered very easily which is just what we wanted. In place it is secure, looks good and will enhance our Inclusion drive very nicely. So overall, The Ramp Factory have been a great company to deal with and I will certainly be using them again.

I needed some threshold ramps to ease the passage of my wife's wheelchair and looked on line.
The range of ramps is impresive and I was able to order 2 to suit my needs. The larger came as two ramps which assists with moving them as they would be heavy as one item.
Great quality, fit as expected and seem durable.
I went for standard delivery and they arrived next day.

The original ramp I ordered was not available. I was only informed of this a week after I placed the order. I ordered an alternative, a week after it was apparently dispatched on 2-3 day delivery, it had not arrived and the tracking showed it was still at the dispatch depot. I am attempting to cancel the order as it had been ordered for a specific event which is now past.

User friendly website, competitive prices and quick delivery. Ramp solid and heavy so good for staying in position to give our gardener step free access to our garden, especially with all the gardening equipment and wheeling the garden waste green bin. Definately recommend The Ramp Factory.

Delivery was prompt, product is very good, had been using a folding aluminium motorbike ramp to move motorbikes in and out of a container, much easier and safer using these ramps.

Speedy delivery and great product

It was very simple to work out which size ramp was suitable for our use, ordering was very simple. We originally had booked for delivery, but changed to collect it as we were close to their depot. It was no trouble for them to change.
The ramp is to help get lifting equipment into our vans and is perfect for this. It makes things so much easier.

Firstly finding this product which will provide easier access for our clients here in our supported living facility. Secondly the speed at which the product was delivered to Northern Ireland, better than most. Finally the quality of the product, clearly well made and robust.
