Easy to use platform, have used The PharmPet Co. for many years.
A very quick professional service.

Excellent, friendly, helpful customer service from Vicki.

The size of bottle I needed was out of stock but she was very keen to help find a solution.

Easy to navigate website and incredibly quick delivery - order arrived the next day. Packaging excellent.

I ordered a large quantity of cat litter, was a very good price. It arrived within two days of placing the order and was well packaged in sturdy boxes and was 2 bags per box so I could actually lift them (unlike other some other companies!) Would definately use again in the future.

Easy to order my dogs prescription medication, very quick delivery.

I have been buying my cats medication from this company for a while, always been good service and great prices.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery, bag was slightly damaged on arrival (small cuts in bag which probably happened during packing/delivery) but food ok.

Would order again

Quick delivery. Only issue is arrived in a jiffy bag and small cardboard box would be better to save the product capsules from crush damage

The website was easy to navigate, the price was competitive with other websites, then the process of buying was very quick and simple and the medication I’d ordered came very quickly. I’m very pleased and will order from you again.

Great fast service.
Product is as described.
Prescription was approved and item shipped in record time.
Pricing was competitive and actually convinced me to move away from my regular online pet pharmacy.
Highly recommend

I have used PharmPet for a couple of years now, and have found the system easy to use. They also have a fast turn around from putting in the prescription to arriving at our house. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great service , will definitely use again

We recently placed an order for some heart tablets for our elderly dog Toby, we found the site and the price was very competitive, the ordering was very easy and delivery was within a few days, we will definitely be using this company again.

First time ordering from The PharmPet Co & I was very impressed.
Very easy to navigate the website, ordering & delivery were straightforward, no issues whatsoever.
I would highly recommend this company.. Will definitely be using them again…

Excellent service with a timely response which is invaluable when medication for your beloved pet is running low.

Quick turnaround and very prompt at processing order to delivery, thank you!

Good customer service. I ordered mange meds for a fox and easily got through to an adviser over the phone for help with filling in the online form. Quick delivery.

Fantastic service, honest, trustworthy and if you're ever worried about doing something wrong on your order, a quick phone call to one of their team and it gets sorted then and there..id recommend Pharmpet to anyone

Just received my second order of Thyronorm Oral Solution for my cat. The Pharmpet Co was recommended by my son. The first bottle I got from the vets cost £134. From yourselves only £54 that included postage. Well worth getting a prescription from the vets to use with PHARMPET. Very fast delivery and packaging first class.

Great job! Fast delivery! Thanks.
