The item was a very good price.
Quick dispatch and delivery.

I ordered some pet food, said in stock, 3 items delivered in 3 separate shipments , then I was short delivered an 18 pack of dog food, someone had picked a single box, clearly not understanding the unit of 1 was a pack of 18. I sent emails with picture evidence about 7 times, to be told they’d have to do an internal investigation - 2 weeks and several emails later, sent me the remaining 17! But they were 3.5 months out of date June ‘26 which I wasn’t going to feed to my dogs! Complained again, offered a refund or send me in date food, but no stock! What a joke! I will never use these again! Shockingly bad service

Excellent as always, dispatched really quickly

A good and quick response from the Company after trying them for the first time.
Medicine ordered and delivered promptly as per the submitted prescription.

Excellent service, ordered online with quick delivery and once I had uploaded the vets prescription I didn't need to resubmit for the second delivery. Would definitely recommend this company

This is a very reliable company, they are not so speedy when it comes to prescription drugs, but, pretty speedy with everything else, packaging spotless. I surelly recommend them

Order my dogs pain relief every 2 months always comes on time quick within a few days and well packed as it need to keep cold have been using them for a long time

Super fast delivery and great price for the product I purchased! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Return policy is rediculous, they want you to pay to return.First that I have heard of that. Will not shop again.

Had poor experiences with communication from this company. Purchase medication for my dog and noticed an error on the prescription. Rang and spoke to someone who said just send and amended prescription which I did via the email and was told to ring back once sent and they'll pull the email and inform the pharmacy. I did that and the guy I spoke to said they will get to the email within 24 hours. Then a few mins later I received an email saying they have cancelled my order due to a prescription error. Not only would I have to wait a few days to get the money back, I have to wait to reorder as I can't afford to spend the money again without the refund. They could not reinstate the order. Overall the communication between departments is very poor and I will go elsewhere for my prescription.

arrived on though postman pat did not follow instructions

Super fast delivery. Excellent packaging. Highly recommend.
