I placed a £90 order online which failed after the bank payment stage. The web portal recognised the failure and advised an email had been sent to the IT team. I also sent an email myself to be sure the sales team were aware. 24 hours later, no acknowledgement, no order on my account and £90 (temporarily) missing from my bank account. I phoned to get an update ("email backlog" I was told) to discover the only option available was to re-order - no offer to recover my 'orphaned' payment and attach to a new order. It seems there's no offer to help if their systems fail; you're on your own. Poor service for a first-time customer and I need the items urgently so went elsewhere.

Ordered a product and it arrived the following day !! Very competitive pricing and easy to navigate website.

Excellent service all round from the communication, speed of delivery and packaging of delicate drugs.

I have left a longer review in Google but felt it important to share my experience here too.

I'm 3 weeks in and still no meds delivered.

If your vet sends the prescription directly to the company ensure you have quantities and brand names correct otherwise they won't dispense.
They don't tell you when they have received your prescription so you have to guess when that has happened and order at the right time.
They do not upload your prescription onto your online file until after you have ordered.
When they tell you they cannot dispense your order you are still unable to see the information that would resolve your issue.
They do not refund promptly and currently are in possession of over £170 of my money as they keep telling me I need to cancel my order and reorder with some minutia changed rather than just dispensing what is on the prescription.

It shouldn't be this hard and take 3 weeks 6 emails and 2 phone calls to dispense a repeat prescription of painkillers and thyroid medication for a cat.

An excellent service, with next day delivery, if needed in hurry. My cat had a regular prescription, so buying from this site saves me so much money.
