Jodie and Lauren served us at the Albion Store in Leeds, specified what we required showed us numerous gift sets, took their time and catered to our need. Would definitely recommend popping in and grabbing some great deals and a service with a smile.

Jayden was of great help, helped me get what I needed within my budget and was friendly and nice.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Scarlett was a fantastic employee who was informative when I asked questions, knowledgeable when asked about information and patiently friendly throughout the process of deciding on a purchase.

Perfume shop has always been my favourite to buy perfumes. Today I received excellent guidance from jodie and lauen while looking for a perfume and body mist to buy. Always the best.

Tom and Lauren provided an exceptional service that allowed me to immerse myself in an incredible olfactory experience. Every time I step into The Perfume Shop, I make sure Tom is the one serving me — and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. His fragrance knowledge is second to none; whether it’s a niche scent or a classic staple, Tom always knows the story behind it, how it wears, and who it suits.

What really sets him apart though is his energy — bubbly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He makes you feel like you’re shopping with a friend who happens to be a fragrance expert. I never feel rushed or pressured, and he somehow always knows what I’ll love before I even know it myself.

Tom is the only person I trust to help me in-store. His passion, incredible personality, and attention to detail make every visit an experience rather than just a purchase.
